Pharmacist has given wrong medication on multiple occasions. Also, you will wait on them 7-10 days to fill a prescription and will be informed it’s not ready each time you go in. They do not answer the phone either. Terrible place to go.

Smaller pharmacy didn't have my prescription available so I tried calling Albertsons. It would ring for a short period then go to a voicemail where you were unable to leave a message and it told you to call back.
Tried this 12 times then decided to take my business elsewhere. It's wild that a corporation this large doesn't have a voicemail box or a phone wait queue so you can give them business.

Someone please make sure to schedule more staff at the pharmacy (or add another pickup window or something). The staff there are amazing - very polite and helpful, but there's never enough people working, as the line is constantly taking over half an hour to get through to pick up a prescription. Very disappointing.

Understaffing shows. Its just ridiculous when you can't atleast talk to someone let alone get the refills in a timely matter before you run out (which I'm about to) I am disabled and have no vehicle to go talk to them myself. They use to be on it so much better.

I have NEVER been disappointed by everyone who works here. Yes, the lines are long, they are busy!! Can you imagine working here, feeling like you never get ahead? Have some empathy for the employees. They are always pleasant and smiling, doing their absolute best in really dire circumstances. Place the blame where it is appropriate, that would be on corporate. Corporate is not supporting this pharmacy or its employees. It’s so obvious if you just look past your own needs. They need an update so badly, and automated system that can keep up with the demand!
The employees are doing their best in really crap circumstances. Complain to corporate instead of picking on the poor employees.
Let’s support each other instead of being so negative!

There is the absolute worst service at this Pharmacy, to the point where they won't even answer their phone. My wife (who is disabled and literally has mobility problems,) has repeatedly tried to get ahold of this Pharmacy the last few days. They not only weren't answering their phone, but they couldn't even accept voicemails until literally minutes ago.
After days of trying to reach the pharmacy we tried to go through customer service, and she was treated with complete disregard, to the point where the representative literally asked what she can do for her despite clearly explaining the issue. Our response was simply for us to properly get transferred to the pharmacy. She confirmed that somebody would answer and we could figure out whatever issue they are having with her multiple prescriptions. We were transferred and greeted with a voicemail box.
This pharmacy needs expanded staff, or to properly balance their calls and/or hold line.

They turn the phone ringers off. I called ten times trying to find out if a prescription had been received (4 days after it had been sent by my doctor) and never got an answer. Gave up and drove in and while waiting in line kept calling. Phones don’t even ring.

The pharmacy is worse than usual. I understand that they are responsible for flu and covid shots and are busy. No one was answering the phone after I called several times over the course of an hour, so I went in. Their phone ringers are off - they're just completely ignoring calls.
I'm disabled and I have a medication that can only be picked up the day it is due. Even after telling them about my inability to call and my limited transportation, they said it would take 2 hours. I can only imagine this impacts many other patients.

They are busy at times. Just be patient and try to go there at less busy times. A second cash register would help them during busy times. As people approach the check out register at the pharmacy, like at all cash registers, this is not a time to “bond” or discuss frivolous things, or engage in time wasting chitchat, as the patients behind you in line would just as soon see the floor open beneath you, and have you disappear, as you ramble on about and jibberjabber aimlessly with the excitement of finally having someone to talk to. It is not the pharmacies problem that people cannot do simple transactions at the pharmacy cash register. Everyone’s day would be much more delightful if you could speed up your transaction at the pharmacy check out area. The employees have already heard everything as they deal with all of humanity.
Think of ways to speed up your transactions
and get finished quickly. The pharmacy employees already have personal private individuals they prefer to “bond” with rather than listening to your dribble Drabble as you nervously try to check out.

The short red haired woman who works here is rude, arrogant, and radiates white-privilege; pseudo-intellectual entitlement. She talks down to others and will legitimately judge your medication.

I recently arrived on-time for my scheduled COVID vaccination appointment and encountered a stunningly unhelpful employee. I eventually left with no shot, no resolution, and absolutely no help offered.
Below follows a summary of the experience...
Tl;dr: if you work in a service role, it is your duty to 1) do whatever you can reasonably do to fulfill the service your employer offers or 2) explain in convincing and reasoned terms why that's not possible... If you're not capable of both, you need more training or a different role. *It's that simple.*
Me: "Hello! I have an appointment for a COVID vaccination."
Employee: "Oh, we don't have any appointments for the rest of the day."
Me: "Oh, I scheduled it online several days ago. Did it get cancelled?"
Employee: "I don't know but I don't have any appointments."
Me: "Hmmm, OK. But I have my confirmation email, would you like to see it?"
Employee: *blank, wordless stare at computer*
Me: *pulls up confirmation email* "I guess I'm just confused because this email from your system tells me that I do have an appointment scheduled?"
Employee: "Well, it's not on my computer."
Me: "OK, but I have the confirmation, so?" *confused look*
Employee: *blank stare, indicating zero interest whatsoever in trying to fulfill the service or resolve the situation*
Me: "Well, I'm here, can we just do the vaccine?"
Employee: *blank stare*
Me: *stands speechless for a few seconds*
Employee: *continues to stare back blankly*
Me: "OK, well it's clear that you're not interested in sorting this out, so I will make other arrangements, cheers!"
Me: *leaves*

There is always a long line for the Pharmacy the employees are helpful and there's usually enough of them they usually have good produce fresh and fairly priced the selection overall is pretty good a lot of homeless people around beggars begging and basically doing nefarious things so make sure to lock up your car but overall it's a good store with good products at decent prices long lines at the pharmacy but the pharmacists are knowledgeable and helpful I do recommend
