Went in looking for a profession grade mower, bought a high quality Exmark.Extremely knowledgeable staff.Staff serviced the mower prior to sale, helped load it in the rear door of the RV.Mower ran immediately with one light pull on the starter.Very well outfitted store, knowledgeable staff.Highly recommended

There is some good news, after months, multiple trips from out of town to to pick up and return incorrect parts and getting more attitude than help from the parts guy, I finally got most of what I needed. Ordered a seat and hood parts for my Husky mower, model 20K46. Got the right seat and a couple weeks later, the hood parts, minus the grill. The side vent didn't fit (wrong part) so I returned it and told the parts guy I was concerned the grill we were waiting on may also be incorrect and he assured me that according to the computer it was the right one (said the same about the vent). A couple months go by and the grill comes, I get it home and sure enough, it doesn't fit, it's the wrong grill. I returned it and was now told that the parts I needed weren't available anymore but he could sell me a hood from the bone yard that would match mine. I came back a few days later, returned the remaining hood parts (light lenses and bezel) and showed him a picture of my hood with the model # on it. He came back with the hood off a different model. Said my particular model wasn't out there but this one would fit and charged me $150. Got it home. Surprise, didn't fit, was 2" short of reaching the dash cowling. I called, he said I could return it but before I did, I called Cascade Power Equipment in Lebanon to see if they had a match in their boneyard. Guy said unfortunately they didn't have the room to store parts rigs and asked what I was looking for. Within minutes he found out those parts were no longer available and gave me other model #'s that used the same grill and vents and said their hoods would likely be a match for my mower. Nice guy. Couldn't sell me a thing but was glad to be of help. He gets 5 stars.Brought the hood back to ASE but before returning it I checked out the boneyard for those other models. To my surprise, there, about 10 -15' from the mower their guy got the wrong hood off of was a 20K46 with a hood!! Judging by all the broke down rigs and parts around it, it didn't just show up there. Took the wrong hood in and told the parts guy what I'd found out back. Could tell he wasn't too happy about that so I didn't bother asking why a couple days earlier he told me it wasn't there. At that point not much of what he'd told me was accurate. He said the one he sold me was in better shape and he thought it would fit and that he'd exchange it for the correct one I'd found. I pointed out that as he said, the one he sold me was in much better condition, could he give me a break on the price? Didn't even mention all the time and gas I'd already wasted dealing with his mistakes. He got pissy anyway and said he'd refund my money but now he wasn't going to sell me the other hood because they don't sell used parts???? Up to this point I'd avoided arguing with him realizing neither that nor reason would get me anywhere with the clown and besides, this was my only shot at getting what I needed and I'd already done most of the work for him, so I said I'd do the exchange if he still would and reluctantly, like he was doing me some kind of favor, he said yes. I cancelled the order for another part I was still waiting on. Would probably have had to return it too. One star for going to the right place. None for for having to waste a ton of time, energy and gas dealing with the misgivings of a less than helpful stool jockey who acts like selling you parts is an unpleasant, bothersome chore, not his job.

Poor service, convenient location.I've bought several new saws from all seasons and not had a problem. However, buying a brand new saw this time, there was a defect, they fixed the part that let to squealing and clogging under warranty, but would not offer a full refund.I've had a partial fixed leaf blower returned to me and been told by their techs air filters don't need to be blown out.There are smaller saw shops that operate more professionally with their customers and understand saw maintanance/repair more thoroughly, those are where I'll purchase and take my equipment for service when I need to depend on it over time.Unfortunate they are so ideally located.

I LOVE these guys. They have an incredible staff. They are always friendly and very knowledgeable. I have gone out of my way, even inconvenienced myself by leaving a different store with the same equipment for the same price just to support these guys.I highly recommend these guys. Shop local, especially if you have a small local business yourself.

Worse customer service on the phone. Didn't want to wait while we got model no. on our engine that was sitting in front of us and just hung up on us!!!!!!!!!!!! Don't bother!!!!

I needed support with equipment that I purchased at All Seasons Equipment. Heather was so helpful in showing me how to get my unit back in working order. She also suggested an attachment that worked terrific to complete field clearing. Great products! Great service!

I have been trying for three days to get a part number and availability for a belt for the lawnmower. They claim to be a Husqvarna dealer but I do not believe that. I googled the lawnmower information and found the part online. They can’t even provide a part number yet it’s a very common part number among the different riding lawnmowers. Hopefully the factory will see this and send them to school so they know what they are doing. At this point don’t waste your time going there for parts.

Don't bring your equipment here for service. They do shoddy work and cut corners on repairs. When you call out their shoddy work and ask for a discount or refund they tell you there is nothing they can do. Worst customer service ever. 0 stars.

I dropped of my riding lawn mower to have the deck leveled and spindles replaced. I was asked if I wanted to go with a new deck, I said sure. My deck was replaced with a rusted out deck that fell apart in pieces. When I inquired about my functioning deck I was told it was scrapped. Now I am with out a deck for my mower. I also bought a saw from them and took it in to replace the brake because the plastic was warping. I got my saw back and the brake wasn't replaced and the pull cord wouldn't pull. I took to another shop and they discovered the brake safety was broke, the clutch wasn't working , and the pull start spring broke. I am done having my time and money wadted with incompetent repair service. All seasons has lost me as a customer.
