To preface this review, the vets themselves I've seen here have been kind and helpful for the most part and I don't hold any hard feelings towards them. The front desk upon my last few visits was unbelievably unprofessional, inconsiderate, and inconsistent. While I was waiting for my cat the young brown haired woman at the front desk openly said two other clients full names, the issues she had with them, and one of their phone numbers. I attempted to play this off since I also work in customer service, but rather than moving on she doubled down and told me that she preferred this job to retail because the rude customers actually get what they deserve here. While I understand how difficult customers can be, while working in a veterinary office you need to have a level of understanding and compassion that other professions may not need as much. I had just gotten horrible news about my beloved animal and I had no interest in listening to her front desk worker gripe about how horrible people can be. After this, I tried to move forward and the same woman left me a message saying that it would take the entire weekend to get the ultrasound results for my terminally ill cat, when I called to double check I was told by a different front desk woman that I would receive test results the next day for my cat. The next day I didn't receive any contact from them and when I called they told me I would have to wait the weekend and that I was never told that I would receive the results that day. I went in person to the office to buy more of their urgent care cat food (which has been very helpful) and both front desk attendants were stand offish rude about the test results I was waiting for, and when someone in the back admitted to having been the one to tell me I would get the results that day, no effort was made to apologize for the confusion or any accountability taken. I did end up getting a call that day and was told they would contact me Monday again to followup. I didn't receive a follow up call until Wednesday. I don't know when this office went so downhill, I used to recommend them to my friends and family before this, but the whole experience was horribly disorganized and inconsiderate to my feelings while I was in the midst of grieving my cat. I no longer trust this staff with my animals. I hope they can learn from these mistakes and return to being compassionate caretakers, but currently they have a long way to go.

We love Dr Jones and all of the ladies that have cared for our babies over the years. They have loved our babies and cried with us when they’ve crossed the rainbow bridge. Dr. Jones sat on the floor with us and walked us through that heartbreaking ? experience. It gave us so much comfort. I won’t trust anything until I clear it through Dr. Jones first. ? ? We are grateful for everything they do.

Dr. Jones is a truly amazing veterinarian. He is friendly, knowledgeable and his love of animals shines through in his interactions with them. My last dog loved him so much that he'd get jealous when the doctor petted other animals in the waiting room. When I moved across town, I switched vets for a short time but came back because the other office used vet techs for most of the visit who were rough. Dr. Jones is a gentle, hands-on vet and spends time with you to answer questions rather than just popping in for the "medical parts" and delegating the rest out. He is also pragmatic and doesn't suggest expensive procedures you animal doesn't really need. That trustworthiness is reassuring when you're faced with difficult decisions - more than once, he has eased my mind that euthanasia was the kind thing to do for a beloved pet. He has been my family's vet now for about 20 years.

I've been taking my dogs to this clinic for 38 years, and have the utmost respect for all the vets. They have performed life-saving surgeries, kept my dogs healthy, and helped them out of this world in my own backyard! Dr. Cameron Jones is the vet we've used the longest, and he is kind, gentle, and caring. I have nothing but good words to say about this clinic and their whole staff, but "Thank you!!"

Costs are rising, which reflects on caring for the health of a pet. The doctors and staff of this clinic truly care and are very kind.

5 stars for Dr. Jones, who is an extremely patient and informative vet. He took the time to talk me through a medical issue with great care, even as I'm sure he's had that same conversation with about 10,000 pet owners over the years. He's very conscientious, knowledgable, and eager to educate pet owners with abundant information and options. (All over the phone--I haven't met him in person, as I explain below.) I'd like to explain the unusual and somewhat imperfect system they have for seeing pets, just so nothing is a surprise for future clients. It's a small clinic seeing a lot of pets, so apparently it takes a long time to get an appointment the regular way. When I called and asked to make an appointment, I got a call back on voicemail saying "we have you booked for tomorrow morning, see you then" without working together to find a time. Since my schedule is difficult, it was sheer luck that I was available that day. When I called back for instructions, I was asked to bring the cat *before 8am* at which point he was put in a cage waiting to be seen. This is how they squeeze in appointments without a multi-week wait, which makes sense; but since that system wasn't clearly explained to me, it came as a bit of a surprise. The vet was able to see the cat 3-4 hours later and we had a very helpful conversation over the phone. Then I got tied down at work and by the time I was available to pick up the cat, he'd been there 5 hours or so. When I got him home, he was desperately hungry--I learned that they don't provide food, just water and litterbox. I also learned that there was a $40 "hospitalization fee" for this method, which was not explained beforehand. (For pricing transparency, the physical exam was $95. I think that's reasonable and the vet is very good. Also re: pricing, it seems like what they charge for prescription food and medicines is comparable to online, which I appreciate. Not much markup. So that's all good.) None of this is really bad, or anything, but I would have really appreciated a bit more advance explanation of the visit system, the fees, of the need for pet owners to bring food, etc. The front desk staff seem nice, but they are somewhat less patient and informative in explaining things than the doctor. It is worth it to have a good vet. And now future clients know that if the office slots you in for one of these morning drop-offs, it will cost $40 and you should bring food. That's all I wanted to share. And thanks Dr J for the great care!

The worst vet ever tests are taken and pet parents charged but it can be weeks after that the parents get results.

They overcharged me $150.00 by charging two services twice. I showed them their error. They apologized took my receipt to correct for debit refund. The overcharge amount has been deducted but no refund. Last April. their charge was $300, This January $615. 00. They were just assistants. Not Doctors. Was there a Vet around,
