“Amazing, wonderful and magical staff, they are inspiring just to talk to and interact with, and truelly down to earth and laid back too, they let me slide on a quarter here and there (tho I feel so blessed ive donated some back a time or two hehe) its the kinda place you really want to take your time, because you can find things you didnt really expect or you can get very much for very little, Im always surprised or finding new things each time I go tho I seem to wander around for an hour it seems at a time, Ive left with a handful of things many times for only a few dollars and even crayola markers and basic watercolor set lol 😆”

“I very recently got into drawing, and I needed some better quality supplies. The selection at Michael's was subpar, and on the suggestion of a good friend, I came here. Let me tell you, I was blown away by their massive selection of art supplies. This place is aptly named. The employees were very friendly and helpful, but also left me alone until I looked like I was struggling with decisions. Very chill vibes. I was able to find more than I needed here, and I'll definitely be back soon. Pictures to come.”

“All of my fiber people rave about ETC customer service and it's true! I ordered a warping board. Lovely people at ETC reached out to let me know there would be a delay because it was going to come from NZ. As an alternative (not that I had a warping, time sensitive, emergency) they checked the used equipment stock. There was a 2nd hand one that was perfect *and* it got to me in 2 days via FedEx Ground. Thank you so much!”
