I broke the corner off of a molar 30 hrs before I was flying out of the country. It was spring break and my dentist closed. Aspen said they took emergency appts. I made one. I explained to the intake clerk that I needed it fixed today. She said "well I can't guarantee we can fix it". Filled out all the forms, tech took me for a panavisuon x ray. They only needed that tooth. Then they started x-rays of whole mouth. I said wait I just need this one tooth fixed. They left and held a hallway conference with the only dentist there on Thursday. I could hear the whole thing. No, she said she could not fix it as there were already too many appts. No one misunderstood my situation. They wanted to bill as much $$ and the heck with my tooth. The worst bait and switch I have ever seen. I'll bet they happily billed my insurance for as much as they could. I am a senior with only $1000 a year insurance. That has to go toward real dental work.O

I have extremely high anxiety when it comes to even walking in the door of a dentist office. The people at aspen dental in Eugene, OR were so kind and caring when I went in there. Even going so far as to asking if it was ok to show me my X-rays before putting them up. I truly appreciate everyone that I spoke with. Thank you!

Went to Aspen dental early November and was told I have 6 cavities and PERIODONTAL GUM DISEASE later stages and needed to spend $1,500 for a deep cleaning and treatment. They had me so scared and crying in their chair and made it seem like I was going to lose all of my teeth if I did not get it immediately. So I scheduled and took the huge bill. (I had no insurance at the time) they also took it upon themselves to throw in an electric tooth brush, special tooth paste, and a few other items and charged me for them without my consent. When I went to get another opinion they were disgusted that they took advantage of me and said I had a gum disease. NO periodontal disease. They said I needed two crowns which I did not. This is the biggest scam ever!! Please learn from my mistake and go to a different and private owned dentist. Not to mention their quality of x-rays are the worst I have ever seem. They are extremely blurry. Makes me think they take them like that intentionally to scam people.

My experience was excellent. The root canal dentist was kind and knowledgeable. Plus the administrative staff was kind and professional. My exam and procedures were explained to me carefully.

I hadn’t been to the dentist in 15+ years, so I was a bit nervous. Aspen didn’t make me feel bad about it. They were professional and as efficient as could be expected given all the “new patient” things we had to do. I’ll be a repeat patient, for sure.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a dentist. My dentist was on vacation so I decided to come here. They said I needed some $4000 procedure. So I paid for it. They were bi e and gave me a gift bag. My regular dentist returned and told me this was crazy and to get my money back. They were super rude and charged me 287$ for a gift bag bc I cancelled the procedure. On top of charging my hundreds for 1 visit. Do not go here. NOW I get an email saying f all my patient info was stolen off their systems bc they didn’t even put simple safeguards in place. This is seriously the shadiest place ever. Do not come here!

My experience at Aspen Dental today was awesome! Very understanding and compassionate staff. Very helpful determining appropriate treatment and financial plan. Highly recommended!
