Siggy was able to quickly get me into a replacement phone and get the number changed over, all while saving me money on my monthly bill. I've had my share of negative experiences with at&t retail employees, but Siggy and his coworker ( whose name I forgot) listened to what I needed and very diligently got me to what I think was the best possible resolution to what could have easily been a negative experience into one that I would recommend to anyone if they're having any issues with their phone or at&t account.

Siggy helped us when we came in to move our phone to AT&T. He was amazing in how he was able to walk us through the options we had, he was fast, knowledgeable and super friendly. It was not a chore but a pleasure to get this transfer completed. We will definitely be returning to Siggy for any future phone needs we have. šš»

Hereās the thing.. I havenāt had great luck with the local AT&T retailers in the last few years. I only just discovered that there was one right around the corner from me, so I decided to chance it. Iām so glad I did. I highly recommend popping in there. Joel was an exceptional salesman (without being pushy and, āBuy, buy, buy!ā, which I really appreciate). In addition to that, I had to go back the next day to pick up some additions, install some things and put the protector and case on. I know my strengths, and those are not some of them. I asked the other salesman (Aspen) if he would put them on for me and he didnāt hesitate. Thatās excellent CS to me. I have a really hard time getting them on and he did it with no complaint. Great conversations from both gentleman, and a pleasant experience from start to finish.

Zach at the COBURG location was amazing! We had a very complex issue that ended up taking at least 6 hours of in-store time to complete. He was very calm, patient, respectful, and VERY professional with everyone involved. We will definitely come to work with him for anything AT&T related in the future.

I was prepared to cancel service but Paula presented me with great option so I'm a happy continuing customer of over 20 years. She was great, NOT pushy and went beyond to help us. More companies need employees like her.

Decided to leave my old carrier and popped into the ATT store on Coburg Rd w my lovely daughter. Zack and Paula helped us transfer my line, pick a new phone and case, also offering me $1000 for my iPhone trade-in. I was offered $500 from both Apple and CPR. Not bad, eh?
Zack and Paula were the best representation of what service should stand for these days. Professional, funny, helpful, patient. They were actually perfect and it didnāt hurt that they were also darned good-looking.
I know this sounds like a fake review, but I promise you it is not. My service was transferred from Xfinity to ATT yesterday 4/9/24.
BTW, this store never has much of a wait line. Iād recommend this store over the one at Valley River for quicker service, though the one at VR is fine.

When I was living in Denver I was conned into being told that my trade in phone would pay the cost of the new iPhone and although I didn't agree to a three year contract, that is what I got and the 3 years keeps changing so that I will be paying for this deal forever and the service is poor. I'm going to trade it in with another provider because I don't like being lied to and taken advantage of in any way so be forewarned
