When I was living in Denver I was conned into being told that my trade in phone would pay the cost of the new iPhone and although I didn't agree to a three year contract, that is what I got and the 3 years keeps changing so that I will be paying for this deal forever and the service is poor. I'm going to trade it in with another provider because I don't like being lied to and taken advantage of in any way so be forewarned

Awful customer service. Very heavily misguided on information by adding a new phone line to our account in order to upgrade my sisters device, which we were then charged for the additional line for a full year without our knowledge or use. It came out to just over $600 in additional charges for a line we never used or even knew about.. Highly disappointed, I would recommend going to an AT&T corporate store as the employee’s there actually seem to know what they are doing as opposed to coning customers into something just to make a sale for their store. Very stressful experience to have at this location.

Joe was very helpful. Great customer service. Wasn’t pushy to get me to buy something, but was very informative about all the amazing deals. I was very satisfied with my visit. Would recommend.

I've been to this location on a few occasions and every time got efficient & responsive help. I was traveling overseas and wanted to ensure my phones were unlocked--both of my phones require SIM cards. The rep told me what to do but he ended up helping me nonetheless. As a matter of fact, there was an issue and he said to call AT&T. He said to call from the store and he'll be there for additional help. It all worked out and my phones were unlocked, ready for travel. Flash forward to my recent visit--I wanted to purchase a replacement iPhone. I already had an idea what I wanted and Rheanna was so helpful with my purchase, answered my questions about the 14 versus the 15. Decision made, however, the particular iPhone 15 I wanted, wasn't in stock at this location, so she called another location for availability and it was. She asked for it to be transferred to this location and I got the phone I wanted without needing to shop elsewhere. Rheanna went above and beyond as a customer service rep. Great customer service!

Brianna is the reason we came into the store. When we called to ask questions she provided excellent customer service just over the phone. I do find it deeply concerning that a billion dollar company would leave a young woman alone at night in the store with unlocked doors. Saftey should be a no.1 priority. 10/10 for Brianna, 0/10 for ATT.

Super rude manager. Seemed upset that I was trying to cancel my plan and switch to a significantly cheaper carrier. Refused to help backup data and told me to go home and Google it. The other people working were super nice.

Imagine trying to get help to switch over a phones SIM card to a different phone and get told to just "google it" by the store manager Bc your dropping them as a carrier that's no excuse to not help your still paying customers the worst store and the worst manager

Christopher was very personable and kind, really great customer experience from him. He walked me through everything and made sure I was getting everything I needed. Honestly the smoothest and most light hearted phone buying experience i've ever had at an AT&T store. Thanks Christopher

absolutely unprofessional. scammed me so they could get commission. not receptive of my complaints even though i’ve been a customer for over 20 years. apparently no manager even works here according to the nasty sales rep on the phone. just absolute garbage of a store. terrible service. terrible people out to make a buck.

Convenient location with nice enough employees! However, information was asserted to me that was refuted by two other AT&T locations, and ultimately disproved when another location in town did exactly what this location said was impossible. It's probably not the employees' fault, more likely what they were instructed to do, but the overall experience compels me to suggest a different location in town first.

Totally unhelpful manager. Went to trade in my phone and she refused to take it because the transaction had originated from another store which conflicted with what I was told by AT&T. The response was abrupt, sharp and she offered no solution. Why do I pay this company thousands of dollars a year?

Christopher was top notch in the customer service he provided to my 2 sons and I last week. He literally got us all the deals, promos, and jumped through loop holes to make sure we could afford our new phones and service. Any time I have a question he and his manager help with such confidence and 100% make sure I am satisfied. Couldn’t be more happy with our experience.

Woke up to my phone completely screen dead, they were able to help me get into a new phone and even ended up helping me get the old on one long enough to get my information transferred! Great store and great staff! Manger is amazing and has trained an amazing staff!

Rheanna and Christopher were so chill and sweet! Rheanna is new but totally handled business!! My phone basically blew up and they hooked me up with an upgrade, bundle with basically free accessories, discounts, I was in and out. Such a relief during a stressful situation. They were patient, kind and efficient. BEST location in eugene/springfield area!!
