Cameron was extremely helpful and wonderful to work with. Was able to upgrade into 3 new phones and a watch line quickly and he made sure everything was up and running properly! My boyfriend is an excellent ATT customer for many years. He just purchased new Apple Watch and iPhone 15. Scott, Maria, and Mark at the Valley River location are friendly and helpful. Scott listened to my needs and found solutions, not just a sale. Maria processed my trade in quickly and made sure I had the information needed to watch for future billings. The manager, Mark, changed my attitude about this location. Excellent store- we will make this our "home store".

Angel was very good at understanding what I wanted and set right to it, especially since I am an iPhone idiot. He was very helpful, intelligent, and easy to work with. I have been there many times in the past and walked away dissatisfied, but not this time. I purchased a new iPhone 15 with lots of storage and several accessories. But most important was over the next several months and years, I will be paying less than I have over the last few years . BTW, Angel has a great sense of humor.

Mark Salvi the manager was so helpful with adding my husband onto my phone account. He was concise, knowledgable, friendly, personable, and had excellent customer service skills. I’ve had less than great customer service with other phone store associates in the past, but he was so helpful with assisting us with our needs that we both left with new phones, accessories, and in a good mood! He made what could have been a hard thing super easy and almost fun! Thanks Mark, we’ll definitely recommend you in the future to friends and family!

Our local AT&T rep Mark was extremely helpful! He went above and beyond to help us get the most we could for our trades and make sure our bill was as told by 3rd party retailer. I have never been happier dealing with a cell phone company. We will definitely be back. Thank you Mark manager and Mark representative for everything. Valley River AT&T!!!

Upgraded from iphone 13 pro max to samsung ultra. ended up having to leave both phones over night cause of trying to get things transferred. came in this morning to pick up my phone and no one knew what was going on. very frustrating so had to explain what happened and what was needed to be able to take my phone home. still took them another hour and a half to finish everything. kinda hoped they would of atleast thrown in a cover for my phone but they didnt... then after everythingwas done transferring i went to check my phone to make sure everything was transferred correct and one of the guys kept coming over and asking me if i was done like he was trying to kick me out... then when i did leave they all sat over in the corner and stared at me weirdly as i left felt like they were talking about how much of a bother i was to them. i personally dont feel like it was that way ? but i dont think i will be returning to this location.
