This is the second time I've been there (first time was for a family member's car, this time was for mine) and I am totally impressed. The process was perfectly smooth, they got me in very quickly, great customer service and the work looks perfect.

Just wanted to give a huge shout out to the very nice staff at AutoCraft. We were traveling through Eugene on our way to Depot Bay for the king tides. We stayed at a hotel and had our window busted out. After trying to install some cheap flimsy plastic autozone sold me. We pulled into their parking lot looking for some help. They were very nice. Had me pull that cheap plastic off, cleaned the double sided tape off my paint and installed some collision wrap on the outside as well on the inside. They wouldn’t take any form of payment from us. It may be just some plastic to some people but for us, it meant the world to us. We were able to still do our trip knowing our vehicle was some what secure and weather proof. We enjoyed the king tides and almost forgot all about the window being broken. So again Thank you very much for being kind and helping us out. I really appreciate you all. Highly recommend

Absolutely impressed with quality, customer service was top notch, car was returned as good as new. Returned clean inside and out-even the inside of the windshield. The girls in the office were attentive and friendly.

I absolutely loved Auto Craft! I had a tight schedule for when I could get my truck done. I called them and told them my time frame, they worked with me and got it in the very next day and they got it done sooner than expected as well as it being cheaper than they quoted me! Not only did they get the dent out and the paint looked brand new, they also cleaned inside and detailed it which I was not expecting. The staff was so kind and friendly and flexible and I will definitely be coming back should I need any work done on the truck. So happy I chose Auto Craft!

Dana was awesome and professional. Went there to get a bumper fixed that was installed incorrectly by Kendall Chevrolet Collison Center after they caused the damage to begin with. We will always feel confident in recommending AutoCraft for body work. They do an excellent job.
