They used to be the best in town, back when they were ASP. Ever since Parts Authority bought them out tho, their hours have been cut back, their selection of hard to find parts has been reduced and their pricing has gone up. They're still good people and they still provide good service, but their new parent company gets a ? from me.

When it was ASP things were great. Since parts authority took over things have gone down hill pretty bad. They use to have enough drivers that parts would show up in no time at all, now even if you order $500 worth of parts at 1pm. The driver won't head your way until you call 3 hours later to wonder if it's left.. seems like a good way to get people to buy elsewhere...

Richard is amazing!!! I have a somewhat difficult vehicle to find parts for at times, but Richard went above and beyond to make sure everything was right and that I was taken care of.Other parts stores in the area give me the wrong parts all the time, but ASP always gets it right, every time!!! Always appreciated.
