The first worker I walked up to was not friendly. I purchased a product and it didn’t work so I brought it back then the employees were bickering over what to do. Once they decided to send me to a different store with in store credit they couldn’t work the computer they eventually figured it out . They send me to another store and then turns out when I got there they sent it to a different store. I spent a long time in there just because the employee had no clue what they were doing

Robert & Lucas were so incredibly friendly & helpful!! They walked us through the process of figuring out why our engine light was on (needed a battery), find the correct battery with the best warranty & life AND installed it!! I have never had such an easy time at a parts store. I will recommend this place to everyone!

Bought an item ball joint separator is told I could return it if it didn’t work came back in to return it and the manager said he’s not gonna help me cause he didn’t want to was his exact words to give me an in-store credit. I was very polite usually, it’s a great place to come in but Was completely surprised and never experienced this AutoZone before.

500 miles from home our ignition coil started choking. Scott Stoughton(?) at AutoZone on W 11th Ave saved the day. Friendly and efficient.

It's a great place to pick up parts bought online but don't expect the staff to know Jack. They obviously work minimum wage, all teenagers.

They shut the lights off and lock the door right in my face I'm glad business is good enough they can run customers off to their competitors cuz I'm sitting in the parking lot making this review an employee comes out and tells me that the River road store is open till 10:00 apparently they don't want the business
