Again and again, this location disappoints. Time ago because they didn't want to help me with a reservation and had to do it at another location. Today, I was standing at the Preferred line and the guy kept ignoring me. After he helped two people I asked when was my turn. He said it was only one line. By then, the line had many people more.Two things: why do you have a preferred line if you won't use it? Why were you ignore me for that long, even after we made eye contact you didnt say antthing. You could have told me to make a single line from the beginning.After confronting him about it, he cancelled my reservation saying he will refuse me the service, so I had to reserve with another company. Luckily they had cars.

Rented a car and on inspection of my bill found that a fuel charge of $66 was added. Called and was told that they see I was charged and also see that the car was returned full of fuel! Was told sometimes we make mistakes. That is not a mistake. How can a system allow both of those two things to happen? That is a hope someone does not check over charge. Unacceptable!!

I had a bad experience. The manager at Eugene had a smaller vehicle available and refused to give me what I signed up for. I have never been treated this unprofessionally before. Do not recommend. He was rude and angry. Will not rent from Avis ever again.

+ Didn't have to wait long. Staff was accommodating when we asked to have another car than the one they want to give us (the trunk was too small for us and the tires were quite used).- However the car we got was dirty: sticky texture in the cup holders, stains on the seats, vacuum had barely been done and the windscreen was so dirty it was actually dangerous to drive this way when the sun was in front of us. We gave it a good clean and it was 10x better.

We arrived at Eugene Airport to pick up our rental and the gentleman at the counter was beyond rude to everyone who approached the counter. A woman finally help us and we left. Upon returning the vehicle, the same gentleman was at the counter. We informed him that while driving to return the vehicle a truck speeding by kicked up a rock and hit the windshield. He told us to fill out a form. We again stood in line for almost an hour and I informed him that beings I paid on a credit card that they covered the damage. I asked for a claim number and he rudely told me I don't have one. Since there wasn't a manager on duty I had to wait. He could have told us that before we wasted all that time standing in line. Also, when picking up the rental no one takes you to the vehicle to go over any prior damage. They simply make you sign. This entire experience was ruined by this man representing your company. No customer Service skills at all. Beyond disappointed. I tried to do the right thing immediately and felt like I was bothering him.I will never rent from Avis again. I would rather pay more for a rental company who values their customers!

I reserved and paid for a full sized SUV two months in advance. When I arrived at the rental counter I was told there wasn't one available and was downgraded to a minivan. This wasn't really sufficient for my needs, but I was left with no other options. I was still charged for the price of the full sized SUV and had to call in order to get a refund. Overall, I'm pretty disappointed in the lack of customer focus.

Due to long lines. I was told, by an Avis clerk to just leave my keys on the counter if just returning a vehicle. So I did. When I received my deposit refund it was short almost $80. Turns out the clerk waited almost 2hrs. to check my car back in and they charged me another day! The hoops I'm having to jump through to correct this is absolutely frustrating! WILL NEVER use Avis again!

Clean cars, easy process to pick up and drop off the car rental. So thankful to have this service. I was able to rent a car seat as well, lowest cost for that than on another car rental website I checked and other car seat rental. The car we rented was a good fit for traveling with all our suitcases and a full car of people.

Car was filthy. Had to add three quarts of oil on day two of my rental. Had multiple dents/dings that I should have documented prior to leaving the Avis lot. But, I was so late receiving the vehicle because I waited for over an hour at the Avis desk to pick up the keys. Plus, the car was so dirty, I didn't see the dents for three days into my 8 day rental.

Unfortunately, AVIS Preferred is worthless at Eugene OR airport. 1hr 10min in line to get my car. I asked for mid-size & got. Jeep Wagoneer. Felt like i was driving an 18wheeler. AVIS usually excellent experience, just not this time.

AVIS Car Rental was so easy from renting the vehicle in Eugene, Oregon to returning it to Salt Lake City! Staff was very friendly. We signed up for a Toyota Camry or equivalent - we got a SURPRISE! We rented a 2023 JEEP Wrangker EV! What a unique vacation and that was just the rental!!

AVIS Preferred is WORTHLESS at Eugene Or airport, 40 people in lune, can't go straight to my car because i need to verify ID?!tell me that when i reserve the car!!

Counter at Eugene Airport only had one person and a huge line of people with reserved cars. Took 90 mins to get a car that I had reserved months ago. Avis knew how many people were arriving and had reserved cars so they should have had another associate available to help customers
