Biggest and most organized wrecking yard in Eugene.Hank helped me out and he is awesome and help me find the part needed with their very well organized grid system.I'll definitely be coming back in the future when I have car projects. ?

Josh Hale out of the Eugene OR store was extremely helpful finding a fender and getting it ordered. I’ve dealt with B&R for years being local to the chehalis devision, and have always had mediocre service or dealt with bad attitudes and he was amazing, fast, waste no time getting me what I needed! Thankyou so much Josh and I hope others strive to work with his energy and great attitude.

All the staff was very friendly and helpful even lended me a few tools to use to get the part i needed! Great place to come to for a car part for cheap.

Called to get a price on some tail lights and was quoted twice the price of new ones …I offered 25% less than the new ones I found at many retailers for the same price and they said no.I thought this was a junk yard that sells used parts…oh wait it is…what a joke of a place

I wish they left more parts on the vehicles. What's left is hard to find anything that's not rusted or broken. But they are very organized and overall the people were great.

*Edit*Michael reached out to me shorty after writing my review to offer to find replacements or offer a partial refund to make things right, which was super cool. He didn’t try to make excuses, he knew it was an issue and fixed it professionally and very quickly. He seems very eager to make issues like this not happen in the futureOrdered a set of front and rear seats, with an “A” part rating, online for my VW and picked them up from this location. When I arrived to get them, they were completely covered in black plastic wrap, so I just loaded them up and drive back home to Coos Bay. Once I pulled them out of the wrap, they were wet and had some mold. I cleaned them up and started installing them until I realized they cut all the wires going to the seat, including the side airbag wiring. It would have taken an extra minute to unplug the harnesses, but they decided to cut them instead, making these seats almost useless. For an “A” part rating, I’d assume they’d be complete with an intact harness. In order to use these seats, I’m gonna have to strip them down to the frame and reinstall everything onto my old seat frames without damaged wiring. Have now had one good experience and several bad with this place over the past couple of months. Their staff is nice enough, but their internal systems are completely broken.1. Requested a part from their restricted yard. Was told it would be ready next day. Came back three times over the next several days, never was ready, no one could tell me when it would be. Finally was told that that vehicle hadn't even been dismantled yet and no timeline for doing so. Canceled order.2. Was told a certain part was available for U-Pull at the Corvallis yard so drove there. Turns out it was in restricted area, was told it would ship to me in a couple of days. Shipped the wrong part to the Springfield store for pickup, then shipped the replacement to the wrong store. Then they completely lost track of it, and only finally shipped the correct thing to my home after I asked for a refund. Took literally a month to get something that had been promised as pick up same day.3. Went in today to pick up a spare tire that had shown as available on their website (actually several had shown as listed, figured they would have a few to choose from). They could not locate a single one. Another wasted trip.It's a complete crapshoot as to whether they will have what they say they have (either by website or phone).The Springfield B&R yard is much more competent, I would recommend dealing with them.

They had 12 same parts on shelves at a high price sold me a leaking part. They sold me the worst part sticking it to the consumer. I'll just order online next time.. just like every other American lien company. Sharks.
