I would really give no stars if I could no one wants to help you there had some fraudulent charges on my mothers card and they just kept me referring me back to the phone number and the phone number would refer me back to the the bank itself. Just wasted gas going back-and-forth. Going to take what money I have and go to a different bank. Special shout out to Makezni, Justin and Nic for being completely unhelpful. Even the main number for fraud had a hard time getting a hold of this office.

The worst bank of all! I am a premier customer. I wanted to transfer money from my account to my daughter's. B of A would NOT do it! They also had the nerve to ask me what the money was for? My money?????? No trustworthy or professional.

Absolute worst bank ever. First they limit you to one location in the Eugene/Springfield area. There are not enough teller stations to start with and they are rarely filled with tellers. Inevitably there is a half hour wait. When you do get to a person, they are rude. I understand that the bank wants everyone to on-line bank. If I wanted to on-line bank, I surely would go with a company that would not have the ridiculous fees associated with them. Charge me like you want to see me in the building. But service me like you don't. And then they only have hours from 9:30 to 4:30. Perfect for the people that actually have a real job. Don't try to go at lunch. It can take up to an hour then. All this for an Alaska card. Canceling it as soon as I can get in and actually see a human.

Horribly slow service. No drive up teller. Never enough tellers. B of A has very high fees. Not worth it just to have an Alaska Airlines mileage card. I'm over it.

I hadn't been inside this branch in a few years and recently setup an appointment for a new account. I have to say that the branch remodel is impressive-- it's sleek, modern and still has that "new car" smell (in a good way). The branch manager greeted me right away and the banker I worked with was professional, kind and efficient. BofA has definitely stepped up their game in Eugene, and this is good news for BofA clients who appreciate a pleasant branch visit!

Well, I respect the desire to limit the amount of people inside the bank at any given time but your security guard outside doesn't quite understand how the mask works. Your nose needs to be covered ALONG with your mouth.

My brother recently passed away. He left us a large amount in a trust. They sent us partial so that we'd have it for Christmas. We deposited it in the ATM after the teller told us it was too large to deposit directly. Yes, they refused the deposit. So, we did. She assured us that no money would be held once BofA receives the funds. According to Fidelity Investments and the copies of the cashed checks we brought in, BofA received it 2 days after the deposit. It's now been 7 days, sitting in their pot collecting interest for BofA. We went in and spoke with Dylan Ferguson, the manager. He said he could approve it if he chooses to, but refused because basically he can lol. His response was that our Fidelity checks may be fraudulent and he refused to release the money because we can't be trusted. Yet, we've been with BofA for 24 years and in excellent standing!! Yet....he feels we're fraudulent customers???? Think about that one Bank of America.... FOR CUSTOMERS READING THIS....DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH BofA!!!! They're CROOKED!!

I was worried about going to this bank because of the reviews but decided to go any ways .. it was the best experience I have had at a Bank of America the teller was very friendly.. she needed assistance so Heather helped her. Heather was very friendly as well. I was in and out in a matter of minutes. Would go back to this bank anytime when I'm in the area as I live in Cali

Line is regularly out the door just about but the employees are very nice. It doesn't seem that there is another location in Eugene but perhaps there is a need for one.

Up side, they're everywhere so you can go from state to state and they have a wide range of services and a decent basic checking account. Cons- they're big but really that won't matter if you go in a lot, they get to know you. I'm not a big fan but at least it's not personal, to them you're just a number. Staff is okay, nice enough, high turnover it seems like

Try not to stop by this branch. They can assist you in wrong way and you ended up to pay for that mistake. Last time I have to fax paperwork and they did that without calling and let the department know. Then they closed my credit line and for open it again they got hard inquiry from my credit history with no excuse. Just try to stay away of this anti-immigration institution.
