I like the products here and the staff are friendly, but I really wish the store had better ventilation. The overpowering mixture of smells at this store frequently gives me a headache.

Girlfriend loves it, but I can't handle the wall of fragrance that permeates the air... Hard for me to walk inside, but she's extremely pleased with the selection, prices, and ease of availability.

It's disappointing when you look at the inventory online and go into the store for certain items that they supposedly have, but really don't. This happens a lot. I check online because I live an hour away from the nearest store. It gets very frustrating. I still love the products and scents I am able to get.

Same store since the 90s bringing you over the top scents that if you stay in the store too long all blends together. Recommend putting some coffee beans out to reset the nasal pallette. Pricey but the quality seems to be there and most products last awhile.

Stopped in this morning. The workers were very nice. One of the ladies played with my 2 1/2-year-old while I shopped. I had a very pleasant experience.

So disappointing. There were some pre-teens (I’m guessing) doing a little scavenger hunt who politely and respectfully asked an employee for help with a certain task and very quickly some other employee descended upon them with the ultimate Karen-ness and kicked them out of the store with the threat of calling security as what they were doing was against the mall rules (not according to the posted VRC code of conduct so idk what she was quoting). So much for a core memory. Finally I get to see some nice happy kids that aren’t nose-deep in their iPads and they get punished and threatened for it. Tragic - maybe spend your time cleaning your dirty soap-covered shopping baskets instead.

Love this place. Im addicted to their 3-wick candles. They have affordable prices. I’m so in love with all they have to offer. I use their online ordering service and it’s so convenient. Every shipment arrived on time with no problems!
