I will give them the one star for being willing to straight trade for zero cash… but I only just got my tags from the DMV yesterday. I did the trade on April 12th. It took nearly six months, and three temporary permits.It was at least a month after the trade when I tried to figure out what happened and found out they never filed my paperwork (some sort of medical emergency). Supposedly they tried to contact me, but I guess they lost all the paperwork during their move to a new location during that time, because no call, no letter, no email.Then, when they finally sent a check to the DMV, it wasn’t a valid check (two different numbers written on it), and it was even short the total amount.It was a huge ordeal, and while the guy was always polite, the whole ordeal wreaked of incompetence. I would have been even more upset than I was, had I paid the $4K they wanted.I was also told the van had new tires (Les Schwab found salvage yard markings on them. Another shop suspects they are separating) Was told she had a fluid flush and just needed run (they put some high octane— too high octane gas in it, and I she also had failing plugs, wires, and ignition coils. And fluid didn’t look flushed)All in all, I’ve already paid more than what they wanted for her in repairs. I love my van, but would never go back to these folks. Don’t recommend.

In retrospect it was a pretty bad purchase experience. They made a mistake with the title and it was extremely difficult to connect with them after the sale. They were rude, condescending and acted like they were doing me a favor when correcting a mistake they made with the title (which they never actually fixed)Not to mention the vehicle wasn’t really what was advertised. I’d steer clear of them and definitely wouldn’t buy from them in the future.

So every time that we've been in to this car lot they've always had a sad story or junk vehicles and try to get you to pay outrageous prices they'll call and message you and hurry you up to do an application to turn around and renege on the deal they initially made beware the owner of this place and the people who run it do not care about the cars nor the customer

Purchased new car from this lot and within a month had to have 500+ dollars in repairs and now less than a year of ownership the car needs 2400 dollars in repairs after we were assured by the salesman this was a great car these guys are crooked and don't care about you as a customer they don't care about the vehicles you'd be hard pressed to even assume they even care about them self horrible experience horrible purchase never ever purchase anything from them

When I first came in, the dealer said accountant didn't have time to print application. I guess I was looking kinda homeless that day. But did have $11,000 in pocket. It was about a week later 5hey approved me - didn't even authorize a report...that was nice but had a car by then.

Check engine light the night I drove it home, no headrest for the middle back seats (mailed me $60 to purchase them but it's not enough to cover it) and now a huge water leak in the car. No response via email and ant seem to catch anyone on the phone. I also had to replace the key fob too.... purchase at your risk
