I will give them the one star for being willing to straight trade for zero cash… but I only just got my tags from the DMV yesterday. I did the trade on April 12th. It took nearly six months, and three temporary permits. It was at least a month after the trade when I tried to figure out what happened and found out they never filed my paperwork (some sort of medical emergency). Supposedly they tried to contact me, but I guess they lost all the paperwork during their move to a new location during that time, because no call, no letter, no email. Then, when they finally sent a check to the DMV, it wasn’t a valid check (two different numbers written on it), and it was even short the total amount. It was a huge ordeal, and while the guy was always polite, the whole ordeal wreaked of incompetence. I would have been even more upset than I was, had I paid the $4K they wanted.I was also told the van had new tires (Les Schwab found salvage yard markings on them. Another shop suspects they are separating) Was told she had a fluid flush and just needed run (they put some high octane— too high octane gas in it, and I she also had failing plugs, wires, and ignition coils. And fluid didn’t look flushed)All in all, I’ve already paid more than what they wanted for her in repairs. I love my van, but would never go back to these folks. Don’t recommend.

In retrospect it was a pretty bad purchase experience. They made a mistake with the title and it was extremely difficult to connect with them after the sale. They were rude, condescending and acted like they were doing me a favor when correcting a mistake they made with the title (which they never actually fixed)Not to mention the vehicle wasn’t really what was advertised. I’d steer clear of them and definitely wouldn’t buy from them in the future.

Check engine light the night I drove it home, no headrest for the middle back seats (mailed me $60 to purchase them but it's not enough to cover it) and now a huge water leak in the car. No response via email and ant seem to catch anyone on the phone. I also had to replace the key fob too.... purchase at your risk

I called Best Value Automotive from the complete opposite coast (NC) and spoke to Jeremy about a used vehicle on their lot. He took my call serious and made the process of purchasing a vehicle remotely extremely easy. After purchasing the vehicle out of state, I had trouble getting the vehicle picked up via the transporting services I had arranged. The staff there at Best Value Automotive was extremely patient as the vehicle was paid for, but sat on their lot nearly a full month before being picked up. I cannot recommend them enough. Communication was top notch and they were extremely patient and helpful during the entire process. I was in the car business about 10 years and they exceeded all my expectations.

Never buy a car from here. They are riddled with mechanical issues and won’t tell you about them. Tried selling me a car with a bad transmission, noticed it on the test drive and immediately turned around.

A great experience where the car salesman know the lot, inventory, and features of the cars that are in the inventory. Buying here was easy because it was a fluid experience. Thank you Jeremy for keeping things simple, In listening to the few keywords in the beginning of our first conversation to see you what my needs are in a car, and paying attention enough during the test drive to see if it would be a good fit. It was nice that you were able to contact the owner directly and have a price figured out before we got back from the test drive and that the paperwork was already being drawn up.The environment there is inviting because the vibes are similar to that of a family who communicates so the left hand knows what the right hand is doing. I can only see this as a reflection of the owner's values for the company that people get treated equally and that the values don't trickle down they trickle across because everybody is equal and treated laterally. This was a new dealership for me to go to, But you should know this companies reputation was being spoken of at the bank before I headed back to pick the car up. One of the tellers had already bought two cars from you guys and let me know that the third one would be coming from you as well. Thank you to the entire team there, it's refreshing to work with a company that has values and humanity.

We worked with Jeremy who made the process quick, easy and pleasant. I normally hate dealing with dealerships but this place was great, honest and no pressure! Shannon in finance was a pleasure to deal with and made the paperwork/lender process go smoothly! Will definitely be coming back and recommending to all.

Bought what I thought was a nice excursion, had one owner, good shape blah blah.. They told me it had a full safety inspection by Mora Auto Repair (after googling the shop looks like a crack shack with the windows boarded up) Before driving off I was told by the finance manager (who is not qualified to make an automotive diagnosis) who drove it to me from the other lot saying he noticed a wobble and said it was a "tire unbalanced" and that one of the guys would air up my tires and check all the fluids before I left (while I was doing paperwork) Driving off the lot there was an intense wobbling and the steering was almost uncontrollable. Wandering all over the road. Getting home, checked the tires (which did NOT get aired up) and checked the fluids. there was NO oil in the engine. Took 20 minutes to get home. How did 6.8 liters of oil disappear in 20 minutes? Or is it because the guy was busy talking to a coworker like i seen and did NOT check the fluids for me. Later that night after filling the oil and driving to the store I checked fluids again and there was chocolate milk (blown head gasket symptoms, water in oil) on my oil cap and dipstick. Next day, I decided to drive it to work and the brakes were screaming at me and would take forever to come to a stop. Took it in a shop for a full diagnosis and they determined I had a blown head gasket leaking into cylinder 4, my tie rods and steering stabilizer shock are shot, my brake rotors were cracked, the pistons in the calipers are seized, the brake pads were less than 1/8th of an inch thick!!!!! How did that pass a safety inspection?!!! I have 4 small kids and this vehicle is NOT safe for them to be in. Luckily I didn't wreck it with them in it with all of these safety issues. Tried reaching out multiple times to help resolve their issues with their "safety inspected vehicle" to atleast help with the brakes and steering issues.. so that ITS SAFE and keep getting nothing back or I get excuses. I'm about $5,000 EASILY into repairs and I haven't even made my first payment yet. They said I could return the vehicle and lose my deposit. Be VERY careful with this place. Alot of people know me especially people who buy used vehicles and I will be getting the word out about the shadiness and negligence of this "business".

Was happy with the purchase of my vehicle and people. But they totally failed me by not returning my phone calls and drop by, to get a problem fixed with the vehicle which was there responsibility to sell the vehicle. It was a minor fix, and also offered other services that I was going to use. I tried a couple of times, and still to this date no call. It’s been 7 weeks now!! Poor customer service.I took care of it myself.

They are not a good dealership and have not honored the terms of contract. My daughter and son-in-law purchased a vehicle and the motor blew in less than 48 hours. It's been near 2 months and they still have not came up with a solution.

Worst car purchase experience I have ever encountered. Long story short...They sold us a car that had major engine problems they were not apparent during test drive. Took it in to have it checked. They said it needed a sensor and would replace it for free by their mechanic. Picked up the car at the lot 3 days later and we were told to drive it 200 miles and then bring it back if it doesn't reset. Never made it to 200 miles more like 50 when the engine failed. Total loss. They don't call you back, they aren't available even when you set up an appointment to discuss problems. Lies from the moment you enter so BUYER BEWARE and tell your friends stay away.

These guys worked with me and went so far out of the way to make sure my girlfriend and I got into a safe and reliable car. The lot manager Mr. Mills even personally assisted in working out some of the kinks along the way. This has been the best car lot experience of my long and storied car lot history. A+, #1 service and I will be coming back, bringing all my friends and giving these guys all my business.

The staff at Best Value are amazing. Jeremy, Shannon, and Eden all stayed after closing, and went out of their way to help me get into a safe, comfortable, good-running car. They exceeded every expectation i could have had of them, more than once. I recommend anyone in the market for a used car get in touch with Best Value. They will be getting my business, and the business of my friends and family as well. I appreciate the staff at Best Value and all the effort and time they dedicated to me and my needs. A truly heart-felt thank you from me and Hank. He loves our new car almost as much as i do.
