NO EARLY ARRIVALS. Deliveries must have an appointment and arrive on the day of that appointment and on the time of that appointment. They don't take you early so you need to arrive close to the time of your scheduled appointment. Any delivery not on that day or failure to make an appointment with BiMart will be subject for refusal. Stay on the RIGHT side of the facility driveway while entering and exiting.Truck deliveries at this Distribution Center occur between the times of 5:30 AM-2:00 PM Monday thru Friday. Any arrivals after 2:00 will be refused.

Was 20 mins early. Put on open dock right away. Guard was cool, forklift driver was cool. There's parking on street. Entance was marked well. Guard never said what procedure was. So I broke seal, opened doors and left seal and paperwork in back. All was good. Great place. Quick in and out.

I just left the Redmond, Oregon store very disappointed. Yesterday I wanted to purchase a step stool that had a sign on it stating it was on sale. When I got to the checkout counter the item rang up at the regular price. I informed the cashier that the sign had a sale price. She told me that the sign had not been taken down yet. I did not purchase the step stool.
Today, I wanted to purchase 4 boxes of the Adkins bars that had a sign reading 75% off. I asked an associate if all the items on the end cap were include in the sale . She assured me that everything on the end cap was included. When I got to the checkout counter, they rang up at the regular price. I informed the cashier ( the same one from yesterday) that the sign read 75%off. She went and checked, then came back to tell me that she talked to the corporate manager and the items I had wanted to purchase were not on sale. I did not purchase these items.
I am very disappointed in the customer service I received. There was no apology offered for this inconvenience.
I understand that the store may have been understaffed, but when the sign is still up and/or you get confirmation from an associate that the price is correct, the sale price should be honored. Then the issue should be corrected.

Very apt based to enter. Open dock thus once you check in you'll park at the dock and basically wait to get unloaded. Be vigilant since a truck that came after you may get unloaded before you. Usually open the doors and leave paperwork in the back.
They are quick unload.

This location is pretty quick when it comes to unloading . The security guy that works in the guard shack is friendly . Plus there’s plenty of overnight street parking outside of warehouse

As you come in off 1st street to bi- mart if your paperwork says CPO x dock it's still bi -mart. Appointment times are from 430 to 10 AM for drivers. It was my first time here guard was very nice was put in dock right away

Pulled in to a guard ask for your paper to check you in. Then would return with a pass and papers with verbal instructions on what to do next, dock, unload and hurry and leave before the city ice over again lol
