I purchased a patio set and wasn’t sure if it would fit in my car but Robbi made it work. I tried to give her a tip but she wouldn’t accept because she said it was against company policy. So, this is the next best thing. THANK YOU, Robbi for your help and thank you to everybody else in the store who assisted. Excellent Customer Service! I hope Bi-Mart appreciates you and everybody else in the store.

I really like the staff at Bi-Mart, except the telepathic communication from loss prevention, telling me in my thoughts to leave the store, when I haven’t done anything.
Edit: I put their stars back. I suppose to could be a 3rd party reading their teams thoughts back to me. I only keep this post up bc someone else may have experienced the same..
Unrelated to bimart
It may sound fake but I have heard from an employee that Fred Meyer listens to customers thoughts, as well, to prevent theft and stereotype via ads. It is illegal and a breach of human rights. Would have given 5 stars otherwise.

Bi-Mart is employee owned and it's a very good place to shop. The prices are usually good. They keep things in stock and they have a lot of things to choose from. It does require a cheap membership to shop there

Been coming here for years and have never had a problem. But tried to go in this morning and was asked to show my membership card. I haven't had to in years, and through a few wallets I haven't kept it. So they wanted to try and get me to sign up AGAIN. Not coming back here after that. Not signing up again, because someone randomly decided to have it be 'membership' again, after years.

The sporting goods staff member was super helpful. I wasn't sure what product I wanted. He was so patient as he explained the differences between them. I left a happy customer.

Insanely good prices on guns and ammo. These guys frequently beat the prices I find online. I have occasionally impulse bought guns here because of the prices, I can say that about no other retailer. Gardening tools are also pretty reasonable and occasionally they have good specials on food items.

Welcoming. Refreshing. Effervescent. Spectacular. Subtle. Robust. Candy Land. One of Everything. Who knows? Bi-Mart knows! The Slim Perkins of Dance Hall Discount Shopping. Whoo hoo!! Knee slapping, rootin' tootin', belly rolling, shoe horn, hey, up and go, shopping experience. Employees are glad of heart. Professional. Beautiful souls.

FEB. 6,2024 1:40 PM!! I guess the price for my Allegra was about average, but the old snotty cashier at register 1 was so rude and short with me!! I always get the crummiest cashiers here every single time!! I see people saying they're so great here!! Over and beyond, but I also notice they are also caucasian!! Well I'm not caucasian!! I have good manners and am very nice I said Hello, how's your day going?? There's nothing worse than a cashier that can't even look up at you!! She's like fine!! That was it gave me my total and change. Not once looking up at me!!Yet the man in front of me was treated nicer!! Ugh!! Good thing it's employee owned!! SHE CAN HAVE IT!! OLD BAT!! I ACTUALLY HOPE SHE ENDS UP HAVING A LOUSY DAY!! FOR BEING SO RUDE!! YUP I SAID IT AND I DONT EVEN CARE!! I would give a big fat ZERO IF THEY HAD ONE!! UGH!!

Bimart rocks! They have a wide variety of items and a super friendly staff. Auto, household, outdoor, and more. I can usually find what I need at Bimart.
