Needs more large capacity washers and dryers.It was not their fault but my laundry was taken from the dryer and I never got it back.My fault for leaving it unattended only mentioning so you don't make the same mistake.

Washer And dryers worked well, but don't think I'll be back I was there during the day and there wasn't a laundry basket for me to use to get my laundry from the car to inside and as my health isn't the greatest carrying my laundry is out of the question, I understand that baskets get taken but to deny customers the use of them during the day time is unacceptable for the health challenged individuals..

I was told by the owner that no body in there has the authority to give me permission to take a cart out,HES THE OWNER!!!well I'm sure your very proud of your little establishment.FYI,if there not allowed to make decisions working for you makes them slaves,not employees.so very proud.

They only have quarter fed machines. Clean & uncrowded, but expensive. The large machine I used costs $12 minimum (cold wash) & that’s 48 quarters. Why don’t they offer an easier, more convenient way to pay??? Also, they DO NOT allow you to use the wheeled laundry cart to transfer laundry to/from your vehicle which is a major inconvenience. The employee who stopped myself & others from using it to transfer loads to/from vehicles, said they were no longer allowing it because previous carts got ruined from interior/exterior use. Hmmm ?… seems very unlikely, so I’ve chosen to go elsewhere for my laundry needs. I prefer the convenience of a cart, longer operating hours, & more affordable prices, which I found easily at other businesses.

Way to expensive for a 31 minute wash, the place I normally go is 2.50 for a 31 minute wash and it never to busy , newer machines than big y as well.

Very clean business with multiple sizes machines to choose from. The staff were helpful and friendly. Only complaint, I used washers closer to door and should have paid attention that the smaller machine were on next row, as a result I spent a little more than I planed but that was my own fault and does not reflex on the business in any way. Edit.. today's vist reflects each vist here. I yet to have any complaints at this site. Keep up your standards and your business will only continue to florish.
