Bought my Honda Fit here in as-is condition. Wasn't happy with the purchasing experience. I asked about negotiating the price, as I was fresh out of a long term relationship and had just moved into my very first apartment so funds were a bit tight. Dino's response to my comment about negotiating was to shove me in a room full of men wearing suits so I could shake their hands, congratulating me on my purchase. I felt this was a bit weird, and felt VERY uncomfortable. I was in a real bind with time & money so I bought it against my better judgment. On top of that, I was told that if my vehicle ever needed work, such as an oil change or something, I'd have to go elsewhere, as BMW of Eugene doesn't have a place to service vehicles, only to find out a year later that THEY DO. A bit shady. I feel like I did business with a bunch of sharks and overpaid for a 16 y/o vehicle. Lesson learned. If you're a single woman with limited resources, avoid this place. You'll be eaten alive.

Here’s why I am recommending Eugene BMW:My girlfriend and I were capping off the tail end of our LA road trip driving back home to Vancouver Canada. Somewhere between Sacramento to 30 miles south of Eugene our BMW hit a nail on the sidewall. We tried to fill it back up again but the tire will not sustain pressure.The closest BMW dealer was Eugene BMW where the team treated us tremendously well. Sam picked up our initial call and when we arrived at the dealership the team greeted us at the door. Because the flat tire happened on a Sunday we had to stay overnight. Mike at their Servicing department was then in charge of fixing my car.Long story short, Mike rush ordered a new set of tires for my car. When the tires arrived, Mike got them installed along with an oil change in around 3 hours total. The entire incident was handled professionally and I felt like I was a valued BMW owner.With their help, we are now safely home in Canada. If you are considering a BMW in the Portland and/or Eugene area then I would at least go check them out for sure.Thanks Mike, Sam and the team!

Lucky we had insurance cause they are scamming anyone they can take advantage of. More than 3 to 4 times the parts charge will be the service charge anytime you need to repair your vehicle (even after they screwed up and didnt fix it the first time). Absolute scam of a dealer.

These guys are amazing! I came in today after they were closed, needing an oil cap for my car as I dropped mine and lost it while on a roadtrip. Each individual I met went above and beyond for me, the whole team at BMW of Eugene are top notch and I appreciate all of your guys help. They are great to work with and I highly recommend them for all your vehicles needs. Dave, the parts manager found the piece I needed in stock and got me back on the road in no time! Thanks again guys

I am on my 4th BMW and I absolutely LOVE the vehicles. This dealership however, appears to be run poorly. Purchasing my vehicle from them was a poor experience. And every service appointment since then ends in frustration. My most recent service was below expectations and they knew it when I left. The Service Manager called and left me a voice mail saying they would try again after the weekend. Of course they never called back. I reached out and let the Service Manager know I still wanted to talk. Again - absolutely no response. Its crazy that I will be driving up to Portland to service my BMW in the future, but at least I will feel taken care of by the dealership up there. If I cant rely on my local dealership to get the little things right, how can I be confident they get the big things right. One star might be to generous.

They offer oil changes with the purchase of your vehicle. What they don’t tell you is that you’ll be waiting for hours for the oil change and give no estimate of when it’s going to be done. Sat waiting patiently and when asked for information said since it’s not a BMW they can’t give any updates so just have to sit and wait

He was so knowledgeable about the vehicles I looked at, and definitely helped me understand every step of the process. I love how they all made me feel so welcomed and like I was family! First off, What an experience. These guys know what they're talking about and are proud to show it. Extremely knowledgeable techs and something I've never seen before, knowledgeable salesmen. Everyone is friendly from the salesman to the finance handlers.Now for the story...I went in for a used 2015 335i they had up for an amazing price and lower miles than my old one had. It had turned out that the car was sold a few days prior, the website just hasn't updated quite yet. I didn't see anything in the lot quite like that car but it had only been the first bmw Id owned.The salesman (I believe his name was Nick) walked me around the lot to see if there was anything that caught my eye. There was absolutely no pressure from him to buy anything. We ended up over by the hellcat they had. We just started having a conversation about it even though we both knew I couldn't afford it. I saw a newer 2020 330ix nearby and started asking questions about it. He knew everything I was asking and answered accordingly. He let me get in the car and take a close look at everything even before knowing if Id be able to afford the car. It had a tag a little above what I was looking for, but I decided to go for it. Initially payments were going to be pretty hefty, but the finance lady I talked to was able to get in touch with one of my old banks that had helped me in the past. Payments dropped and I was able to walk out of there with an (almost) brand new bmw.About a week later I had some issues with part of the mechanical grill (they open and shut to heat up and cool down the car depending on the outside temp and coolant temp of the car). It turned out that some of the trucks I had been driving behind were dropping wood chips and they got lodged in the grill. Even though there was nothing wrong with the grill, they replaced it anyways at no cost to me.So from the sales team to the mechanical department, everyone is willing to help, everyone is friendly. I think the MOST important part of this experience is the fact that not a single person here judged me based off of my age or appearance. I'm young and look like a new mechanic at a shop. Had my snap on gear on and everything. Nobody doubted my ability to afford anything. Nobody talked down to me because of my age. I felt respected and accepted. While I was waiting for the finance department to write up my contract they even started up their 128k V8 M sport they had in the lobby just because I was curious about how it sounded.Great experience, great people and I'll definitely be returning in the future. Thank you BMW of Eugene!!Now here's a few pictures of my family car next to my project car.

Stay far away from this place! They will talk all nicely when purchasing the car then when you run into issues that should’ve been resolved in the first couple months of purchasing the car they will turn it around on you and act like you are the burden. It’s been 8 months! I bought a car that had 2 dents on the side of the passenger door, they told me that they would have it fixed within the next week. It’s been months, absolutely nothing has been done. Uva and the entire front desk staff are incompetent and somehow can’t understand basic requests. I tried talking to them on several occasions but every time I call they are “busy” you’re telling me you’re busy every single day??? You can’t take 5 minutes out of your precious time to resolve my issue? Be extremely careful when handling business with the car sales women too! She’ll make you feel stupid for asking reasonable questions.

I wrote the view below about BMW of Eugene. My anger was centered around a simple misunderstanding which was resolved the following day. I was the one who misunderstood and BMW of Eugene called me back and all is well. BMW of Eugene is a wonderful place to buy a car as I have now bought 9 cars from them. The staff is amazing and so helpful. As always they make you feel at home. If you are looking to buy a new or used *** or a vast selection of fine used cars, look no further than BMW of Eugene.Again, I apologize for my low rating of BMW of Eugene below. They certainly don't deserve it. They deserve a 5 star rating. I was having a bad day and I was wrong. I have no excuses for my actions as they went out of their way to make my car deal. Please disregard the review below.

We called on Thursday evening and spoke to Jacob Harris and asked if they had an allocation for 330E. We were told yes they did and we scheduled an appointment for Saturday morning. We worked with the salesman by the name of Gunner He was very pleasant to work with. After we were done building our car we were met by the sales manager didn't catch his name, and he asked us are we sure we wanted this car? We told him yes we wanted the car we had been looking since November. He then told us that he gave away our allocation spot for another vehicle and asked us to make the payment over the Internet in an email. We told him no we were going to wait for the finance department. We made our payment with our BMW credit card. We were very upset to find out that Our allocation spot for the car that we wanted and had been looking for since November had been given away after we were promised it. Let's see what they'll do. And hope we don't have to deal with Portland.Update: after waiting we finally got our 330E. Then at just over 300 miles check engine light came on. We took it in and was told it was a valve and they cleared the codes. If it happened again bring it in they'll fix it. Now my brand new car is sitting in their shop less than 2k miles on it with this part stuck on an assembly line in Germany and they have no idea when it'll be here. We just made our first payment on a car that we don't even have and can't drive. Vernon the service Mgr states he's doing all he can. They can't even tell me when my car will be fixed. BMW of North America is involved, but they can't even get it going at this point. We're so very angry, sad and frustrate and disgusted . Fix our car!!!!

I just got into an amazing 2022 Toyota camry thanks to cymon and Jordan at bmw. Great friendly staff who eased the stress of buying a vehicle. They got me out of my nissan altima even with negative equity!! Great environment and great cars!! By far the best dealership in Eugene/Springfield area!! 10 out of 10 recommended. Go get treated like family and get a great car!!
