Daisy was absolutely amazing! So very helpful in all the ways! Upon entry, I was personally greeted within seconds, and the next thing I knew, she was in my lap and making day 100 times better, which was very much needed at the time. I don't even remember why I needed to go to Brad's Specialized Service, but I'm glad I did!! 10/10

Absolutely worst mechanic I've ever seen. No not just one time but at least a dozen times I took in company rigs to this guy and they would always every single time have to go back. He put in 4 different alternators in one work van before he finally got it right. This guy is a joke and definitely the most worst mechanic ever.

I was in a tough spot as I was on a road trip when my vehicle experienced issues. The 1st shop was not open on Saturdays and did not have the time to complete the work on Friday so Brad's was able to help me out. They got the job done and me back on my journey. Very nice, honest folks to deal with. If you need autowork done, check them out.

I took my vehicle to Brads Specialized for .. what started out as a passenger front side window not working. Instead of directing me to a shop that specializes in electrical issues, Ron decided to try to fix it. I had to take my car to his shop 4 times for the window to finally be fixed. He just kept guessing the parts that needed to be replaced and ordering parts that did not work on my car. He made sure he told me that it was my vehicles fault why it was so difficult. When reality, it was him not knowing what he was doing but proceeding anyway and charging me for tons of hours of labor.
It wound up being that the window motor needed to be replaced. Once he got the correct part and after 4 separate trips on different days to get this window fixed and working...he charged me a total of $730.00. Again, making sure he blamed me and my car for the complete inconvenience & high price.
So after, my back passenger window stops working. I take my vehicle back to Ron. I'm thinking that they definitely know how my windows work now and I was scared to take it somewhere else with how difficult my car is. I drop my car off there and Ron calls me 3 hours later to yell at me about how they can't figure out what's wrong with the window & how he's guys have to be paid & do I understand that? I literally started bawling when I got off the phone with him. When I picked my car up I was told it was the main passenger switch. They replaced it and charged me 320.00. This was on May 1st. May 27th, my back passenger window stopped working again. I called and brought my car into the shop. I got a call 3 hours later from Ron, again, telling me that they can't find the problem. He can get my window up and I just won't be able to use that window. I have spent $1050.00 on 2 windows & my back window still doesn't work. He tells me he has a buddy he's gonna call to see what he says & he will call me right back. He calls me 3 1/2 hours later & tells me it's $565.00 for disconnected window wire that they replaced. I never authorized this to be done. He was supposed to call me back. I got completely taken advantage at this shop. I was charged a total of $1615.00 to replace a passenger front window motor, a driver side switch, and connecting a lose window wire. The window motor was $130.00 and the window switch was $94.00. That totals $224.00 in parts. So I was charged $1391.00 for labor to replace these 2 parts & reconnect a wire that they broke when replacing the driver side window switch 26 days prior. Then after looking at all my recites there are so many discrepancies.
When I went to pick my car up today and Ron told me $565.00, that was the final straw. He had a guy, who I didn't authorize to work on my car, take my back passenger door panel off and put back on. There is damage to my panel, screws missing, and my door panel is barley hanging on. The switch was also hanging out. My whole door panel is completely dirty on every area. I'm a single mom of 3 kids and I was completely taken advantage of!! Do not take your car to this shop!! They cannot be trusted. Now I have to go pay someone else to fix my door panel that they so unprofessional left hanging by a thread. Pictures posted below. Ron should not be in the Costumer service industry. He is not a nice person. I've spent so much money at this shop and this is how I'm treated. Take my advice and go somewhere else!

I was driving from Washington State to Ashland, Oregon. I have a Smart Start device on my car that was causing me problems, so I finally looked for Smart Start providers on the way that might be able to help. I called ahead and Lisa (I hope I've remembered her name correctly) said to come in and she would see what she could do. She made a simple change that meant I had no more problems as I continued on my way. I can't attest to any other services Brad's provides, but I can only hope that other employees meet her professionalism and level of customer service. It would be hard to exceed it.

I was in a bind and Brad’s came through for me! I had my vehicle repaired the previous day in Portland and unfortunately it was still experiencing the issue just upon me arriving in Eugene to visit family. At 1 PM on Friday, Don was able to get me in, diagnose, fix, and return my vehicle before they closed at 5 PM. Saving my weekend and likely the next week as well. Reasonable prices and helping out somewhat of an emergency situation was amazing! Thanks Don!

Owner is rude and cancels final paychecks for his past employees (which is very illegal). Multiple osha violations as well including water runoff and dumping coolant down sink drains. Should be out of business and reported. Rude employees that at this point, should retire but probably can’t because they don’t get paid enough.
