A great experience, especially compared to chain pharmacies. I get prescriptions quickly, they are very professional, hardly ever a line to stand in, easy to refill prescriptions online. All the pharmacists are helpful, good listeners, and care about you as a client. (Do check open hours against your schedule, plus whether your insurance works here, as it’s not going to work for some.) Give your business to a locally owned business!

It strange to drop off the prescription and not pick it up for 5 days. Which it was more like 7 days by the time it was in my hands(delivered). However,they are good at what they do. Most insurance companies won't pay here. Mine did not pay, leaving me to pay a hefty price of $79. I needed the medication, so I paid for it.Nice and very clean drugstore. They have some real nice handmade jewelry there.

I can't say enough nice things about this business. The staff is very kind and helpful. I've had nothing but good experiences here, they have gone out of their way to help me. I really like that's it's owned and run by women as well. I highly recommend this business.

I have them a shot since they are a local business. But I just had too many lapses of competence. And the last straw occurred when a new employee treated me like dirt twice. Any business is only as strong as it's weakest link. Now I'm with Hirons and getting much better and friendlier service.

The pharmacist Pauline has been so kind and helpful to me, as has Madison, a pharmacy tech.They seem to actually care about my health and treatments and me as a person. I highly recommend Broadway Apothocary.

My very first time hearing of this pharmacy. Prescription sent to Broadway 1/17/23. This customer didn't hear anything. After one week, I spent my time calling this 'business' to be told, looks like we forgot to call you. Then, you can come in to pick it up. I asked, why would a disabled person go all the way to Eugene OR when I live near Portland? Answer: We have your address as Eugene. Confirmed my address. They had an entirely different address in the wrong city. Another week later, nothing arrived. Called again to find, we'll send it FedEx today. (Betcha won't)! Meaning, Broadway forgot...yet again! And, during the time customers have to wait (cause your call is NOT important) and are bombarded with repetitive nonsense, I learned Broadway has a 'new innovative treatment/tool' for people (like me) who cannot reach their feet easily. Ask your Pharmacist! So I did. The Pharmacist she didn't know of anything. Then, confirmed that new treatment is a 'kitchen spatula'! Wow! I will inform my physician of Broadway's delay in care and sub-standard service!

I had to wait a super long time on hold due to a hardware error on their end, but, when I finally got through, they more than made it right. Very conscientious, kind and professional.

The staff are so kind and thoughtful. They do not rush through your questions and reached out to me a week after filling a prescription to see if there were any issues. Great personal service. Thank you!

I have some really bad seasonal allergies during the spring, but even earlier if the weather is warm during winter. Over-the-counter allergy pills are OK but there are plenty of days they just don't work well enough. Other meds would make me drowsy or loopy the entire day - basically useless. Broadway worked with my doctor, and was able make a nasal solution that works great and is easy to apply. It really helps me without knocking me out the entire day. It's actually invaluable - I can function during allergy season for the first time in my life. On top of that they were incredibly nice and knowledgable. I normally don't bother writing reviews, but this has been such a relief for me. I wanted to show my support for a local business that truly helped me.

I’ve had the unfortunate pleasure of working with the pharmacist Pauline several times over the last few years. It’s a stark contrast from most pharmacies that just fill, ask if you have questions and send you on your way. She’s always kind, sweet, positive and thorough. I’m confident she wouldn’t fill a prescription if it wasn’t both appropriate and safe for me.

Just went in for my appointment to get the Moderna booster, and after filling out paperwork I was told at the front desk that they didn't have any booster shots today, and that I could call to schedule an appointment. I told them I did call last week to schedule an appointment for today, and they apparently had no record of it and said I should have received a text from them confirming my appointment. Of course, I never received any text from them and had no idea they had never scheduled my appointment until I got there after arranging to get off work early. Thanks y'all!

The only pharmacy for miles and miles that carries the prescription my cat so desperately needs for his quality of life! Excellent, fast, and accurate service. Couldn't be more pleased.
