Super happy with such great service at Brook's Auto Doctor. I needed a 30K mileage service and they blew the dealership's quote away. They only replaced parts that needed replacing and let me know what to expect at 48K miles. I'm so happy I've found a mechanic I can trust.

I love the way they approach repairs! They take the time to talk to you and to figure out the CAUSE of the problem with your car. If they can fix it with a $2 part instead of a $700 component they will. You just don’t run across that mentality any more and it is so refreshing. They truly care about doing the best job for me, and part of that is making sure it doesn’t cost any more than it has to. Highly recommend!

My car has never worked better. They go above and beyond and, if you’re interested, will even take time to show and teach you. Premium car care with respectful, honest, and clear communication throughout. I couldn’t ask for a better mechanic shop, and if I ever move, Brooks Auto Doctor will be sorely missed. Can be more expensive than others, but you get what you pay for.

Amazing service, and quick to identify and fix the problem. I had it Audi Of Eugene prior to taking it here and they managed to mess up repairing my car and would consistently fail to contact me back. After 3 long weeks of Audi having my car and doing nothing I took it here and they got it done in under a week. Would highly recommend!

I live in Coos Bay, and I don’t care how far away they are — Brook’s Auto Doctor is the only place I trust with my MINI. I first found them when my turbo imploded on the way to catch a flight in Eugene. Total panic. They not only handled the repair flawlessly, but even worked directly with my warranty company — something most shops won’t touch. The turbo was replaced, and I had zero issues afterward.
Most recently, I had my MINI towed to them again after a local shop in Coos Bay tried to charge me $260 for “diagnostics” — without ever mentioning the issue had already been fixed. Brook’s received the vehicle, confirmed it was a disconnected intake hose that had been reattached and ran a full diagnostic. On top of that, Bruce even put gas in the car for me. That level of thoughtfulness and integrity is rare.
They also gave me a list of suggested maintenance items, clearly prioritized based on urgency and safety — including things they don’t even handle themselves, like tires. That kind of honesty and care is exactly why I’ll keep coming back.
Huge thanks to Bruce, Jeremy, and Josh for being the kind of mechanics every car owner hopes to find: knowledgeable, ethical, and genuinely kind people. I’ll happily make the drive from Coos Bay every time, because peace of mind is worth it.

Had a wheel bearing start making angry noises. They were able to work us in the same day, had the issue resolved diagnosed and resolved quickly, and their pricing was reasonable. I would absolutely recommend them if you run into car trouble.

We had a great experience! We bought an older vehicle and brought it in for an inspection. Bruce explained every part of the process to me. Didn't make me feel pressured about anything. He helped me understand what was needed now vs what could wait. He definitely was looking out for our best intrest and safety.
During repairs, an O rink got knicked, and cause a gas smell. We brought it back in and they fixed it for free. No hassle at all.
They were all very kind and professional.
I know we will continue to use them for all our car needs.

One of the best assets of going to Brooks.... is the fact that they will take care of ALL of my car needs. This shop is honest and very fare and has the expertise to resolve any issue. It is comfortable having one repair shop that I can afford and trust.
