Employees aren’t friendly, don’t greet you when you walk in the door. They are too busy having conversations amongst themselves. Clothes are outdated, overpriced, and dirty. Not impressed, won’t be back.

Fun and interesting place to find new and used high quality clothing for a decent price. Great size variety.Lots of fun accessories from glittery, fuzzy handbags to feathered earrings. The staff are friendly and informative.I found good deals on stylish mens attire here that other retailers overcharge or don’t supply.Definitely a worth-it retail store to check out while you’re in Eugene :)

This place is a joke. Brought them a new pair of Jordan 1’s work $180 and they offered me $13. You know they would have turned around and sold for what they were worth. Terrible eastablishment.

This store is so dirty! Dirtiest store I’ve ever visited! The floors are nasty, giant dusty bunnies full of god knows what, hair everywhere! It was difficult to try on clothes as I didn’t want to touch nasty floor or get clothes filthy if they grazed the floor. The selection of clothing is sooooo ugly and overpriced. Been buying and selling at Buffalo’s for over 30 years and this is the worst store. Filthy, rude staff and ridiculously ugly old nasty overpriced clothing. Buffalo isn’t what it used to be. Original business model has gone down the drain. Bummer.

I will never support this business. I have brought huge bags of clothes in three times with items that are worth over two hundred dollars and good condition and good style. They have turned down every article of clothing. These girls are brash and stuck up and do a huge part to create an atmosphere that is ruining some of the great energy that eugene has to offer. Please do not support this business- go to literally any other consignment store.

They've got hidden gems sometimes but1) they're extremely picky when buying clothes,Yet2)they resell $10 t-shirts from Ross for $20.Pick one *facepalm*

Pretty good selection of clothes and was kept up with current trends. However, it was a little expensive and lacking in men’s clothing. But overall it was a cute place I got 3 items for a little less than $40 :)

Bad customer service, the worker was rude and made faces while looking through our clothes. Not worth your time!! I’ll stick to selling my clothes online.

Rude staff! Really bad selection of clothing, I've never been to a Buffalo exchange with such ugly old stuff. I should have known when I saw they had a pattern dress on display that looked like it was put together with fabric samples from Joans fabric!! Buyers desperately need some training and attitude adjustments.

This store used to sell authentic vintage clothing and it was fun to shop. Visited yesterday as I haven't been in for years and it's like aliens took over the store in terms of quality of merchandise and staff. WHAT HAPPENED? All I saw were racks of fast fashion that was overpriced and tacky. Staff never greeted customers and were denigrating patrons who had brought in items to sell. A very weird atmosphere for what was once a fun place to shop.

My mom, my daughters, and I were hanging out in Eugene for the day. My oldest daughter wanted to go to the Nike store after Buffalo Exchange because she was looking for Jordan's. My daughter ended up finding Jordan's for $60 at Buffalo Exchange! Also $300 worth of goodies that would of been a lot more if we bought from a big box store. We chatted with a employee, I didn't get her name but she's from CA and we were talking about certain parts of CA that we miss. She talked to an older gentleman that I assumed was a regular. She's super sweet and a gem to this store. Her customer service is epic!We will definitely be back when we are in Eugene.

Horrible place. They told me on the phone they take anything in good condition but to wash them and fold them only to end up dumping them in a basket. I had 60 items some new with tags. 3 pairs of nice shoes still in boxes never worn. The lady barely looked at my stuff and I only made 12.00. She was also rude..She proceeded to tell me they don't take professional wear but did not tell me that on the phone. 6 hrs washing these clothes. What a waste of time. Also she past up my luxury brand items. I have no clue what kind of clothes they wanted. Don't waste your time here. I resell clothes online so I pretty much know what things are worth. I only went there because I needed fast cash. I'll stick to selling myself!!

I have been shopping here for years. Within the last year or so I feel the store has a more happy positive vibe. Very friendly sweet manager and staff are all very helpful. Highly recommended, very huge selection of a wide variety of things. No longer living in this area however I always make sure I get over there each time I'm close.

This was the worst experience I've had at Buffalo Exchange. I've been 20 times over the past 10 years and the disrespect I was treated yesterday was it I'll never be back to Buffalo Exchange. You had one person a blonde hair 20 something checking clothes for 7 people waiting in line while you had 5 other people working just walking around the store. The girl who was checking everything took nothing but 1 or 2 pieces of clothing from each person, I was last in line each person brought bags and she only took 1 item per person. All of your workers live on some cloud and think their style is Kardashian next to others. I will tell nobody else to visit or return clothes to your store Kerstin Block would be disgusted the way her store has turned out, you alone are destroying her brand.

i went in not looking for anything in particular but found some good quality jeans and some very nice nike shows for a great price. pretty cramped in there but that's to be expected. filled with u of o students (i went on a saturday) but the employees were really friendly. i also like how buffalo exchange does the bag tokens, i wish more stores did that!
