“What a great local butcher!Best cuts and quality I've been able to find at a reasonable price.They have everything from organs to beef jerky, and they even have treats for the dog lovers out there.Outstanding service to both animal and customer; locally sourced, great people who take pride in their work. “I've been coming in here for a while. I like what I buy, but it distresses me a little that they wipe their hands on their aprons and various employees seem to like to touch their face a lot. Both of these situations are addressed in real food, handler training and servsafe training. They need to act more like they are a food service establishment.”
