When is this place going to go out of business?
Can we speed it up? The owner's "Krispy Krunchy Chicken" franchise was a quick death (the failed restaurant next door) and I wish Buy2 would suffer a similar fate to clear the way for a better franchise.
They're always closed. Can't wait for the day they finally give up and a 711 franchise finally moves in.
Not only is Buy2 a blight on downtown, they're useless because they're always closed.
Rave to the "Extra Mile" downtown with super friendly staff who are willing to pick up the slack.
Also, it's worth pointing out that the employees aren't the problem. On the rare chance I make it in when they're actually open, the employees are super nice.
The management/owners are the issue here. They don't support their employees.

I work nearby and often stop here for coffee on my way in the early mornings. Pro: they have the best price on a cup of coffee in the downtown area. Con: they're consistently not open on time, lacking in lids, and have no creamer option.

It’s not a good start when you’re treated as if you are going to commit a crime right when you step through the door.Prices on the register don’t match what’s on the floor.When asked to take my backpack off, I asked “does that mean you take full responsibility if it gets taken?” cashier said “no” and I asked “why would I take it off then?” “because it’s store policy”. I just walked out.I’ll get my morning pick me up somewhere else from now on.

Hi, so I came into this location one morning to be greeted by this gentleman name Roland who was very welcoming and willing to assist me open heartedly. He was so cool,polite and down to earth by far the best cashier I have encountered in a really long time. Not sure where he went but I miss seeing him in this store early mornings when I come by for coffee.

Weird to write a review of a buy 2, I know. But I have to shout out the fantastic staff at this location. This team excels in a location that is not easy to manage. The staff are always friendly with a smile on their face despite being in downtown Eugene having to face every type of person imaginable. This location is crucial to the downtown nightlife and I so much appreciate all the work they do.

I walk in. I walk around. Store : clean. Store : well stocked. Nice guy behind the counter. Professional. Quick. Exact. In this neighborhood he has a lot to deal with. I hope he is well paid. Four Street Guys came in at the same time. The Man working was gracious with eyes wide open. I left. How can I return and give my custom? Life is a mystery here in Eugene.

Most poorly run corner store anyone's ever seen. Cash registers and machines are forever out of service. Store often opens hours late. Prices are outrageous.

Wouldn’t accept a new passport for I’d for cigarettes or an I’d with a state issued change of address sticker. Birthdate was clearly visible on both forms.

This place only accepts Oregon issued IDs as valid picture IDs. What a shame!
