Unsanitary - tech not familiar with board certified sanitary procedure. Tried to use equipment on a client and unprofessional
My pedicure was done in 12 minutes no shaping no cutting. The second tech was rude while restarting my pedicure. I refused service and returned to the front desk. They picked the right one that day.

Got a pedicure there and their order of things is not very clear and confusing. Front desk was very helpful! They had me and my friends sit down and ask where our polish was, we were not told to grab any and they huffed at us. I wanted a massage along with my pedicure and they said they charge $1- 2 for a couple minute massage and the $5 for a 10 min. I did the lesser amount and they didn’t even message my feet or legs. Very disappointing, at least it was just a couple $$ but still… the employee I had was just very rude.
Toes look good though!

I have never had a problem when going to Caesars! They always do an amazing job with my nails and I always love the way they look! Rosie did my nails this time and it was exactly what I wanted!!
But unfortunately this time I wasn’t super happy with how my toes turned out. i didn’t get her name but the older lady that did my pedicure was consistently stabbing at my toes, shaped one of my toe nails weirdly and used a wooden tool that had old red nail polish on it. By the end of my pedicure I just wanted to get out of that chair. I should’ve said something or spoken up and so that is my bad but I didn’t notice how horrible they turned out until after I left and got a chance to really look at them. There is gel polish all over my toes..
Despite this Caesars has always been a great salon for me and I would still recommend! This is the first time, after going there for a few years, that I have not had a wonderful experience. I am sad that I was not able to have a better experience with my pedicure this time around. But don’t make my mistake and not voice your frustrations.
UPDATE: Went back as a few of my toes had pealed off and they happily fixed my pedicure and did an amazing job! They were so nice and understanding! I’m so happy with the out come :)

I love this place!!!! They sterilize their instruments, and everything is sanitized. Tiffany is awesome!

I've had pedicures at Caesar's a few times and always had a good experience, but today I was really disappointed. The chair I sat in was broken and was extremely uncomfortable the entire time. Nothing I did to adjust it helped. My neck and back hurt by the time I was done. All but two other chairs were open, which made it more annoying. The water used for my pedicure was cold and had clearly been sitting for a while, and my pedicure felt extremely rushed despite that I made an appointment before hand. I didn't get the full hot towel treatment or massage. Whatever he did to remove my old gel polish was painful. The overall experience was bad, and I feel like I got ripped off. I wouldn't recommend them anymore.

Have had waxing and Mani Pedi services here. Pros: huge space, can usually get last minute appointments, open most if not all days of the week. Cons: bedding in waxing/treatment rooms are filthy, technicians are not overly friendly, some not friendly at all and only speak when trying to upsell you on a service. If you don't like country music you probably won't be able to tolerate spending much time here as it seems that's all they play.

my first visit and I wasn't very impressed . The chair was not working , I was very uncomfortable in it ( the rollers weren't moving but digging into my back ). The mail person I had didn't seem to care. The results were messy . My toenails were unevenly cut , the paint was not on the entire nail. She filed the gel after which makes it not last as long . I would not go back to this person.

Nicked fingers repeatedly and had to sit there soaking my nails while in pain. Did not listen to what I wanted and did a horrible job. Nails are all different sizes and chopped up. Will never come back

Rose is a goddess and she is amazing! Tony tho he doesn't know what he is doing he is a dinosaur so I thought he would have skill but I was wrong he can't even look at a picture and follow it.

They messed up and charged our card twice. Called to let them know and they said we'd have to come in on Saturday. It's an hour drive. Came in and they said it was voided. Showed them our bank statement and they offered us a gift card. $100 plus the inconvenience and cost of time, gas and travel. Sadly they won't own up for their mistake.

Lovely place! I am always greeted promptly, and my nails always look amazing! Super friendly and accommodating staff, and a nice quiet atmosphere. Super relaxing and zen. Everything is clean, and i love how spacious it is in the pedicure area. Thank you so much for such amazing nails!! Exactly to my liking highly recommend Michael, Tami, and Rosie!

Terrible. I went here on a whim because my normal nail tech was on extended holiday. I got acrylic overlay with gel polish and they looked awful. The end result was lumpy bumpy nails and the tech Tiffany said at the end of my service she did the best she could with short nails. Will not go back
