We had to stay at Candlewood for nearly two weeks for my husband’s job. It was incredibly comfortable and the layout of our room was amazing. The staff were also great, everyone was very kind. We will definitely stay again.

Yes this hotel is older but don’t let that fool you. It is CLEAN with full kitchens, beautiful river views and comfy beds. AC works great and show has good hot water and good pressure.

I’ve been staying at this location for 3 months now for work. The staff is awesome. The room service is amazing. The overall experience has been pleasant. The elevator is slow, but everything else is amazing

Walking trail across from hotel. Very close to downtown and university of Oegon. Room layout is very nice with kitchenette.

Worked out very nicely for our visit to Eugene. Friendly staff and the room was quiet.

We came into town due to a family emergency, and the staff was gracious enough to let us check in early, so one of us could rest, while the other went to the hospital to check on our relative.
The small kitchenette was amazing for a last minute emergency trip. We had some food delivered from the store, so we could make our own and not rely on eating out.
We were in an ada room, and I only have two complaints. First, there's not enough ada parking, we had to make our own. Secondly, the towel rack in the bathroom doesn't like to stay up. I'm more concerned with the ada parking situation than the towel rack.
Unfortunately, the relative did not make it, so we chose to stay a few extra days to try to decompress. We found the hotel to be quiet, which really helped.
Room was clean, we found the bed comfortable, the full size fridge was awesome. The two burner cooktop was decent, plus a microwave.

Did not get the room I had reserved. Did not have the roll in shower I needed for my disabled husband.

The room was clean and the kitchen well equipped, which was good. The room is a little outdated though. The location was convenient for us.

I had a kid, a client that stayed at the candlewood. When she was getting her apartment remodeled, they were very nice.She was disabled in a wheelchair, they were very accommodating. Very, very sweet, nice staff. They are helpful I can't complain. Their prices are a little spendy but
