The staff were extremely nice and helpful. Hotel over looks river with a hwy inbetween, and I5 near by. Extremely noisy!!Room was very clean, but recliner was broken, fan in bathroom wasn't working, and drawers to the cabinets in kitchenette would not stay closed. No direct USB port chargers. No breakfast at all available. But biggest complaint was that it was so noisy we could not sleep. We were booked for two nights, but left a day early. Very expensive for the quality of the room.

Easy to find with plenty of parking and close to I5 and restaurants. The room was spacious and comfortable and the only complaint would be that the refrigerator was pretty noisy. I had a river view room and it has a nice view of the Willamette River.

Gut robbing people at thier lowest during power outages isn't smart business. It's pure greed. I hope people start boycotting your motel. Your never this high in the winter.

Really enjoyed staying there, the rooms were very clean, fully equipped kitchen, (full-size refrigerator) beds super comfy, linens and towels were very nice, good location and a super convenient food pantry inside. Overall, it was a great experience.

This room was very comfortable and I'd be happy spending weeks here. The refrigerator was noisy when it was cooling but other than that the room was quiet. The bed was great (wife said it was a little firm). There are so many drawers and the kitchenette is perfect.Walkability: There is nothing nearby to walk to. Bring a car or a bike.

The hotel was great and the staff was helpful. However, I did a 3 week stay and noticed many small spiders in the room during the last 1-2 weeks. The parking is tight for larger vehicles. It's not walking distance to much.Overall, I would stay there again.Rooms: Small kitchenette with large fridge, microwave, dish washing machine, and 2 stove top burners. No oven.

This would have been a full 5 stars, but the bathroom smelled musty, and following my shower, I realized there is no air fan in the bathroom. Immediately explained the smell. Super comfortable bed and fully accessable. Full sized fridge! Super late check in, Would stay here again.

We stayed for three nights. My husband could not stop raving about this place. He used to work updating hotel room furniture at Four Seasons and Hiltons, once even at Ritz-Carlton. He was actually impressed. We had a King JR Suite. Very spacious. Full kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, stovetop, sink, refrigerator. Huge desk. If you are stopping in Eugene and need a place to stay I highly recommend Candlewood.Rooms: Our King JR Suite was very spacious. Felt like a mini apartment. Clean. Has dove hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. The kitchen has plates, cups, and utensils. Coffee pot and coffee, they even had a packet of popcorn.

No pool. No breakfast (Grab-N-Go is the only food). These might be because they have long term stay rates, but we were not told that until after we we checked in and WE had to ask about the amenities. There's an upcharge if you want to have a room on the side with the river view. The room's blackout curtains do not close, leaving a 4-foot gap in the middle, so the bright parking lot lights shine into the room all night long. Some other minor nuisances, like no bar soap, and bath towels on the opposite side of the bathroom from the shower. Posted signs say maximum one parking spot per motel room. Most staff were nice on our stay, except the desk clerk prioritized personal matters above guest service.

Stayed here for 11 nights with my U of O kid recovering from surgery. The hotel was pretty quiet, easy parking, the facility was clean, employees were very nice, and the full size fridge with an ice maker was great. I loved the lending area in the lobby filled with dvds, books, kitchen items, etc. My only gripe is the water in the shower. The pressure was horrible. The hot/cold was inconsistent. It would go from sort of hot to cold without moving the knob. That was annoying. I wanted to take a bath but the tub either was showing some wear or it wasn't quite clean on the tub floor so no bath for me. The last 3 days of our stay the tv was out, however they told us it wasn't just us, it was the entire area that experienced the outage from an alleged power surge and DirecTV was out. The dvds in the lobby helped fill the gap. Can't emphasize enough how professional, polite and helpful all the employees are. Unfortunately that is rare these days.
