The owner is very nice, but I was sold an Absolute lemon! Bought a tahoe from them that has serious electrical problems. It was brought to their attention the day after buying the car. They had it at their shop for a week and fixed the heater didn't fix the electrical. They sell everything as is. As a mother with a newborn and 3 other children that has now a broken down electrical problem yard decoration PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS LOT. YOU CAN GET SOMETHING TRUST WORTHY ELSE WHERE.
This vehicle has spent more time at Chevy and needs more work then The vehicle is even worth. Absolutely DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

Do not go here, especially if you are a female shopping by yourself! Liars, cheats and bullies. Worst experience I've ever had with a car lot.

I don’t tend to write negative reviews but I feel the need to share that this business leaves you wanting in regards to good customer service. I had to rate a star in order to review,. I would not have opted to rate a single star, otherwise.

Called these people and messages said they were full, if they can’t manage the memory on their phone messages, don’t trust them to manage a business, red flag.

I have never gone through a dealership before, but I figured I'd give Car Dealz a shot because they have the exact van what I want, they are close by, and I am ready to buy. I tried to respond to the fb ad with some questions and they said to call, so I called and asked 4 questions: "Does it have navigation?" (No), "What is the history?" (All vehicles bought at auction), "Do you have service records or a car fax?”(No) and "Do you sell warranties?" (No). Then I was asked to hold so he could take another call, which is no problem, but I overheard him complaining about me: "Yeah, I've got this lady on the phone over here and she's asking about the van we just got in (long sigh), she wants to ask every Godam question there is about it, and I'm like, come on, just come and see it, you know what I mean (laughed).” I hung up before I heard anything else, and boy was that uncomfortable! That wasn’t even a 5 minute call or 5 questions. Not cool. How do you treat customers in person? I don't want to find out. I honestly thought a dealership would be nice, and they'd be eager to answer questions about the cars they sell, it is their job to sell cars after all. I also felt pressured because he told me their vehicles sell so fast that the one I was asking about might not even be there at the end of the day. I don't appreciate feeling rushed, even though I was about to go there today, after I got off the phone with him. And I felt completely sloughed off as a customer. You must have more than you can handle. Maybe someone else should answer the phone though, cause that was awful. Ruins it for all the good dealers, and I'm back to private party only listings now. Not entirely fair is it.

I wish I would have read the reviews on this place before spending my saving on a car from them. These people suck. Bought a Nissan Altima from them. After buying this car out the next day the check engine light comes on while heading to work. Not only was that the problem but my back left tail light didn’t work AND my head lights were both out. I tried to call them that same day an they hung up on me multiple times after being on hold. Then when I had talked to the manager they told me to come in at 5:30 but they closed the gate before I had arrived at 5:23. 0/10 do not recommend.

Bought a car here and told me they had 200,000 something miles, went to a mechanic and they said they played with the miles. The actual miles was 300,000. Don’t recommend at all. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They’re scammers.

Bought a car in May and was told the transmission had just been replaced. Fast forward to August, I get warning messages about my transmission overheating and need to replace the TCM. I call and ask if they had documentation to show the transmission was recently replaced, thinking maybe there would be a warranty-- no documentation. They'd taken the word of the person they bought it from.

I test drove a car and the check engine light came on. I asked the sales person about it and he told me it always does and had his guy run a diagnostic check to clear codes. They don’t get back to you in time and they mislead you on vehicles. I would not trust this company at all and will never recommend or buy from them again.
