“I just rented a travel trailer from Turnkey RV Rentals to take elk hunting this year. Their staff was amazing and easy to work with. The travel trailer comes fully loaded with everything you basically need and full of propane. It was very comfortable and kept me nice and warm while up in the mountains hunting. I had no issues and definitely recommend if you don’t have an RV or travel trailer and can’t afford to buy one go check them out. I will definitely rent from Turnkey RV Rentals again.”

“They were very quick, friendly and helpful. Helped us out with a free upgrade that made my wifes trip even better. I can't remember exact names but we picked up on the 6th and dropped off on the 12th so whoever was on shift then were awesome to deal with. I will try to get their names and update this. Enterprise is honestly fairly priced especially for multiple days, they may be a bit more pricey than others but truthfully it is worth it.
Had a family emergency last minute and needed a rental for a day within 10 hours and you guys once again came through and the folks working were awesome, car was very nice and felt great. “I want to recognize the truly outstanding service my family and I have received from the Alamo/Enterprise team at Eugene Airport, especially Kelsey, the manager, and Juan, another member of the team who has taken great care of us.

My family and I have been on ordered departure from the Middle East for several months, with Eugene serving as our alternate safe haven. We have been renting two vehicles from Alamo/Enterprise for the past six months. Because we don’t know when we will be able to return, we can’t commit to long-term rentals and have to rent in 25-day increments. We are also not reimbursed for our rental cars, so keeping the costs manageable has been important.

This has been particularly challenging during peak season in Eugene, with the many track and field events bringing increased demand for rental cars. We’ve had to get creative several times just to make the rentals work.

This is where Kelsey has really stood out.

We’ve dealt with Kelsey several times, and most of those interactions have happened when he has been called in or had to step in to help solve what seemed like an impossible situation. Rather than simply telling us there was nothing he could do, Kelsey has taken the time to understand the situation, explain what he could and could not do from a business standpoint, and then work with us to find a solution.

Every interaction with him has been professional, fair, patient, and extremely helpful. His solutions haven’t always been exactly what we wanted, but they have consistently been the best options available under the circumstances. More importantly, he has always made the effort to help. That willingness to step in and find a way forward has made a tremendous difference for my family during a very difficult and uncertain period.

Juan also deserves recognition. We’ve interacted with him several times, and he has always been friendly, professional, and helpful in making sure we were taken care of.

I never imagined my family and I would be renting two cars for six months, but the exceptional service we’ve received from Kelsey, Juan, and the Eugene Airport team has made the experience so much easier. They have earned our trust and, without question, our future business.

We return to Eugene every summer, and Alamo/Enterprise has absolutely earned our lifelong business.

The people at Enterprise Roadside (when I called in multiple times) were NOT helpful but coming into the airport was sooo much better. Even when situated INSIDE an airport, this proved to be exponentially better than the experiences I’ve had so far this trip.

“I've been using ride source for almost a decade and have had good and bad experiences. I had a really great experience today with a driver named Jason Rosenthal from Comfort Travel in Euegen, Or. They are a new company amd so far so good. Today there was a mix up and my driver called me from my drop off location saying he was at my home to pick me up. I corrected him and waited patiently for him to come to mu address. A different driver showed up within 5 minutes. It was Jason Rosenthal. About 10 minutes later, the original driver called and said he was there to pick me up. Not sure what happened there. I was late but because of Jason, I was there within the allotted time to be a little late. I've had him before as well amd he is always so funny. I really needed a laugh today. I guess you can say he made my day!”
