Their Diabetes & Nutrition team was rude, noncummunicative, & classist. Their policies disadvantage poor people without the ability to come in person. There wasn't even a hint of compassion in their voice about the struggle between needing healthcare while being poor. At minimum they need additional training on how to help folks who have difficult circumstances.

Incompetent and rude staff and shoddy medical record keeping. This facility lost all the records of my previous ODOT physical and have no record of them issuing me my previous medical card, of which I have a physical copy in my hand as I write this issued by cascade and signed by Charles Pederson. Also appointment times are a joke. Arrange to be seen at 8 and you're lucky to have your appointment by 9:30.If you have the option, go somewhere else.

While I found the health care providers at Cascade Health caring and professional, I am appalled by the inept treatment by their scheduling and billing staff. Even after explaining their error twice and sending the appointment business card they had filled out as proof, they persist in claiming I had a “missed appointment” in October. After more than 3 months, they have yet to admit they made a mistake and continue to bill me for what was clearly their fault. What's worse, the IT department was asleep at the wheel: prior to the October appointment date, they failed to set up my phone with their SMS appointment reminder system, which could have avoided any problems. As a matter of principle, I will not allow institutional bullying to sway me! Sadly, the scheduling and billing departments seem to have teamed up to become a dynamic duo of incompetence. If you want to avoid being billed unfairly, steer clear of this institution!

I was recently diagnosed as a type 2 diabetic. After my 2nd visit I meet with Lauren Chase. She gave me a cooking idea for homemade quesadillas. I just tried it out with stunning success. Lauren Chase is now my favorite nutritionists. So far my favorite healthy meal. Now I don't need a restaurant to eat quesadillas.

I have been seen here for over 6 months on worker's comp for an injury occurring at my job. Not only were they slow to offer tests that would have saved so much time and provided me with more accurate treatment, like MRI's and X-rays, but they were inconsistent in their reports to me, and were keeping me out of work to save their own asses. They would not approve treatment once it was recommended by a neurosurgeon, because it was $1500. Once this treatment was recommended, they told me I actually had pre-existing consistions (that no one had informed me of for the 6 months prior, or ever, and we're not documented in my 6 months of prior treatment) so they would not cover the treatment. I paid for the treatment on my own, am healed, and they still will not approve me for work for who knows what reason- they won't tell me, and it's different every time they do. I'm on month 7 of having to come here for checkups. I'm currently sitting in an exam room, which I have been in for so long that the lights turned off (pictured), and I was here on time for my appointment. They do not care about you, they care about liability and money. This place is a sorry excuse for healthcare, or any social / public service in general. By the time I've finished writing this review it is 2:15, and I got here at 1:20 for my 1:30 appointment. I was put in an exam room at 1:31. Still here. Wasting my day in a cold dark exam room. And this is a common occurrence.

I am an industry professional in the "in home care" world, and I have the pleasure of regularly working with Cascade home health and hospice. Their staff are well trained, efficient, and compassionate. The do a great job keeping their patients supported and to empower them to be able to stay at home. As a non profit, they strive to give back to the community and they do just that!!

If you are not open on the Fourth of July, maybe let people know? I came here for a drug test, doors are locked. No signage about being closed. I called, still nothing about being closed. I was on hold for about 15 minutes before I gave up. Extremely unprofessional.

They didn't tell my husband that they are going to give him larzapam and Oxycodone together to put him in a coma. 4 days in coma. He woke up and saidyou are killing me. This is what I hear everyday in my head.they told us no one lives longer than 15 days with being on hospice. They killed him without him knowing. Wish they would have told him before

I came here for a DOT medical card renewal on Friday May 19th, and when I told the lady examining me that I had lost a considerable amount of weight, her response was, " That's not good." I feel that her response was, in my opinion, very unprofessional for a "doctor." I feel that whom ever her supervisor is should know about this. After I come back in July to be retested, I would like an apology from said examiner. I do not recommend this place at all for the rudeness and failure to share results with patients.
