Would give a zero. Shipment has been at final terminal for 8 days and no contact. Main office can not get a hold of terminal. For four days straight I have been told it will be the next day. Yet when I use their website to give an estimate for shipping from their terminal to delivery address it states direct 1 day.. shippers beware.

Same terrible service as noted on previous reviews...been a month and my shipment has not arrived. Tracking info shows the shipment at a nearby terminal but the delivery date continues to be pushed till tomorrow...called customer service multiple times and they can't get ahold of anyone at the terminal but they will be sure to send them an email and to check back. Called to check back and they show no record of any contact being made regarding my shipment.

This company has really gone downhill again. This location has held my shipment for over a week, and said they have only three drivers in the whole terminal. No indication of when my shipment will ever get delivered. This is on top of many other reasons like their unwarranted overcharges that you should seriously consider any other carrier over Central for reliability and honest pricing.

My shipment has been sitting at the local terminal for almost 2 weeks and they won't deliver it. I've tracked it everyday since it was supposed to have been delivered early last week. I've scheduled multiple appointments for delivery and each time was a no show. The tracking has said "out for delivery" multiple times and never got delivered. I've talked to the terminal manager and he first promised it would be there the next day, but wasn't. Then he promised it would be the first delivery at 10 am the following day. I waited till noon and called. I was told it was 30 minutes away, but when an hour passed I called again and was told it was an hour away. When that didn't happen I call customer service again and then they just didn't know and that nobody who did would answer their calls. Every call is an apology, an excuse and a soon to be broken promise. They tell you whatever will get you off the phone. I don't believe they would load it on a truck that many times and never deliver it. It appears that their whole system on this end is one lie after another. They have my stuff, they won't deliver it, they're hurting my business and it don't know what to do. DO NOT USE CENTRAL TRANSPORT!

CT has really improved and I now enjoy working with them. They always answer the phone and just now I spoke with Austin who was excellent. If you had a bad experience in the past, I'd say give them another chance.

Had 2 pallets shipped for an event. Order was to deliver to Eugene location, pallets arrived in Eugene via Sacramento. Then CT sent them to Tacoma. SERIOUSLY? Next day back in Eugene. Now they keep telling us they will be delivered the next day, but push the date out every day. They like to tell you what you want to hear and then do something different. You can't pick up at the terminal without a 3-5 day delay to will call. WTH? Never use Central Transportation - horrible company. Items go in but never come out.

Was supposed to have delivered item on Friday of last week, didn't happen. Was told Monday, today, it would be delivered. Won't happen. Company now says they're "going to TRY" and deliver it be the END of this week. These people are hacks, extremely unprofessional. Would never advise anyone to use them.

**UPDATE** After 3 weeks of being told my shipment would be delivered "tomorrow," I finally had to hire another freight company to pick up my shipment from Central Transport and deliver it to me. My shipment was busted up. Outrageous. I'd give zero stars if possible. CTI is the worst freight company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They don't communicate, so I have to call them every day to check on the status of my commercial delivery, which shipped from SoCal four weeks ago and should have been delivered here three weeks ago. They keep saying, "It'll be delivered sometime this week," or "It'll be delivered Thursday or Friday," and no one ever shows up. Their website tracking is absolutely useless (even they told me that). Every day it says the ETA is today, and at the end of each day it updates to the next day ... after day ... after day ... after day ... This delay is hurting my business. I recommend using ANYONE BUT CTI.

Terminal had my motor for 3 weeks one hour away from delivery. Said no trucks and or drivers to deliver it. Cost my company thousands in down time for the machine it was going back in. Customer service calls were promised not kept day after day. Not recommended as a delivery service for anything time critical.

Placed an order from Home Depot on 1-19-22, did not receive said order until 2-17,2022. Not only did it take almost a month, said product ( a large compressor), was delivered, box on its side, (they are not supposed to be on side), all oil drained out, soaked box, flywheel and cage damaged. Dealt with Home Depot about the damaged (had to purchase a new one and they would come pick up damaged one and refund that one, which they did the very next day. hmmmm) So point at hand... Was told new compressor would arrive April 15-21. nope.. On 4/22 sitting in truck not unloaded in Eugene...4/26, was told that it took a ride back to Tacoma Washington but is back in Eugene and someone should be getting ahold of me for delivery. This morning was told that it just now arrived last night in Eugene at 12:30. Will be calling everyday until delivery and can assure that if and when I ever order anything again ever,, from Home Depot that I insist that Central Transport does not delivery my stuff. Worst ever. Will keep posted on delivery. Might be here for Christmas.

Absolutely terrible. Our shipment has been sitting at the local office for over a week and customer service can give no answer on when it will actually be delivered. No discounts for the ongoing delay. Per their own customer service’s admission, their website is purposefully designed to mislead you into believing the shipment will arrive the next day, even when that is what not what they have scheduled internally. Customer service remains unable to reach the local office where our shipment is stalled, has not provided anything resembling a solution, and is inaccurately documenting the details of what they are telling me when I call them. Worst experience with a domestic carrier I have ever had.

I wished I could rate them lower. Terrible customer service! The representatives are rude, can't answer any questions whatsoever. Try to blame everyone else involved In the transaction other than themselves. They delay expected delivery every single day. There isn't a worse freight company out there. I'm filing with the BBB. do NOT use central transport
