As a former manager at this location, I can vouch that from the top of management to their PT sales associates, perform completely unprofessional. They allow underage girls to be harassed at the work place by management staff. If you want to shop with snobby employees and managers that harass women in the workplace, this is the place for you!I’ve worked in several retail management jobs. I can say this is by far the worst. These problems start with the DM & hiring managers covering up activity happening in stores. After reporting harassment & company policy being broken by multiple managers/employees in the workplace to HR, I was targeted by multiple ‘higher ups’.

Went to return an item purchased online. They had to return my item at the lowest marked price because online items don't have bar codes? The aspciate didn't know what to do or the manager on site. There was a moment of silence..like is the customer supposed to tell you about your systems? I'm more then happy to give you any receipt or documentation but me getting the lowest marked price because they don't do online returns at that location. Eugene, OR Valley River Center Champs

I walked into champs looking for some running shoes when I walked in I was the only one in the store I walked right past the two workers and they don't even acknowledge me or even say may we help you. They have a small shoes selection to pick from with not many choices, they have a wider variety of clothing.

My fiancé and I went into this location on Sunday 8/7/22 and had the worst experience with the store manager. We tried to purchase the deal buy 4 for $25 crew neck and /or v neck shirts. When we got to the cashier area the manager was standing there and was writing something down. Didn’t acknowledge us once. Waited for probably 2-3 minutes before someone else had to come up to help us. The manager left and the gentleman helping us rang in our shirts came out to $30 and change. When we told him we grabbed it off the shelf that had the sign that said 4 for $25 he said he had to get the manager we then had to wait again for the manger to make an appearance. The manager did not acknowledge us, looked at the shirts and said this one is not part of the deal I then showed him there was a whole stack of these shirts in the section that it wasn’t just one random shirt. He proceeded to tell me that even though the shirts are there that it’s not part of the deal because it was on the other side. The stand had one side crew necks one side v necks. We got all the other shirts from that side, it made no sense. He didn’t apologize or price adjust the one shirt nothing. He literally walked away from us and said nothing more. We decided after that not to purchase the shirts because of his attitude through the whole experience. I don’t understand how a manager can act like that. He has no customer service skills what so ever. The other two gentleman (one who greeted us and the one who helped us during check out) were very nice and helpful. But the manager was rude and seemed like he was too busy to help us. Clearly the display was wrong. There were stacks of shirts in that display and he should have honored that price. But from start to finish with this manager was the worst experience and that’s why overall we decided not to purchase anything that day. Very upsetting overall, could have been handled completely differently. We didn’t catch his name but he had dark hair.

Didn't have bags for the merchandise I bought, had no change,wanted me to round up instead of them rounding down,then didnt want to give me a receipt they wanted me to give them my email so they could email it to me,but it was a gift so then I would have to email it to them, the lady crocs were $50 but on sale for $25.99 but the male crocs were full price $50.00.If one of those had occurred I could be O.K.but all of it was frustrating.The things in the store are already expensive so customer service should be better.

Selection is pretty good, but not a lot of sizes. Also I I don’t understand why I have to give my email address in order to get a receipt.The shoes ended up being too small for my son and I had to go back to exchange them. Since I didn’t have my receipt the salesman said he would have to give me the lowest sale price which was $49.99. I paid $100 for them. He ended up looking up my transaction and credited my card, but it was quite the process. If customers had the option to get a paper receipt, it would have made the experience better.I called corporate and was not understood. I had to discontinue the call because we were just going in circles and not getting anywhere.
