I recently moved into Chase Village a few days ago and wow can I say my experience has been amazing! The leasing manager, Victoria, has made the moving process a breath of fresh air! She listened to my needs on what I wanted in an apartment and provided me with the perfect unit! The communication with her and the Chase Village team has been stellar. I’ve had bad moving experiences so this has really been so nice to have a leasing team actually cares about you and your needs. Even the maintenance team has been amazing, during the busy move in season they still make your requests feel prioritized with fast turnaround times. I’m so excited to spend the next year at Chase and if you’re looking for a new apartment I highly recommend!

Save yourself time and avoid this place as a current resident I can’t find parking in this place at all and if I want a guaranteed spot you have to pay $50 a month guess $1400 isn’t enough for these greedy owners as well as our bathroom has a sewage problem since we moved in as well as hackjob repairs all through the apartment save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere I will be very soon by far worst apartment I’ve rented

I have lived here for 3 years now and I really enjoy it! The property is always well kept, I love the pool, maintenance is friendly and quick and always try and help me with everything I need. Affordable and they work with you! Great parking usually too!

My husband and I just moved out of here after 6 years. Only reason we did is because we finally got a house! We loved living here — the staff is great, we always felt safe and the property is kept up well.

Chase Village is an exceptional apartment complex that offers an outstanding living experience. The amenities are top-tier, with well-maintained facilities like the fitness center, pool, and community spaces designed to enhance comfort and convenience.
One thing that i might add is that the fitness centers people continue to steal some gym equipment, but management does their best to replace and fix anything that may be missing or damaged.
What truly sets Chase Village apart, however, is its incredible staff. They are not only friendly and approachable but also consistently go above and beyond to ensure residents feel at home. Whether it’s quickly addressing maintenance needs or finding ways to improve the community, their dedication shines through.

I’ve lived at Chase Village more than once and each time I was met with amazing staff and a great environment to live. It is truly one of the best housing options in this area. Not to mention the amenities, there’s so many and something for everyone :)

lived here almost 4 years. perfect for UofO students, very fast commute to campus whether by car, bike, or bus. maintenance staff are awesome, especially Jaden and Shane. they work hard to keep your place maintained. spacious closets, living room, and rooms are well-sized as well

I’ve lived at Chase Village for 4 years now, and have always received great communication and thoughtfulness from the staff. We needed to replace our washing machine that we rent, and Jaden was very helpful with this process. He not only replaced our washing machine, but also checked the dryer and the dishwasher, deeming them all defunct. Because of his diligence and attention to detail, I have three new appliances instead of one. Thank you so much!

Be careful - there is a clause in the rental agreement saying that under no circumstances can you terminate early. We weren't going to move in for 6 months and after realizing our plans changed, tried to get out of the lease. They would not allow it, saying that it is their rule that we find a replacement. We tried, unsuccessfully, for six months to find a replacement. Eventually, I did some research and emailed them their legal responsibility to help find a replacement for the apartment. They finally responded with some humanity and found a replacement. But it was six months of unnecessary stress when we had signed the lease 9 months early. I wouldn't suggest anyone get themselves in a situation like this because life has a way of changing just when we think we know for certain what our plans are. I believe that paying a termination fee is fair, not holding people to a 9 month lease when they aren't even starting the lease for 6 months.
