Jackson's is amazing! My cashier was so friendly and friendly to me :) I'm not used to such kindness 🥲 and the manager Daniel was a great guy and so informative! Thank you for employing such amazing people! I just moved to eugene from Phoenix and people like these are what make this city great!

I just had a homeless man verbally attack me inside the store where he also had his dog in the store un leashed behind the counter. This was at 9:15 pm on August 12th 2024. The man was friends with one of the employees because after I stood up for myself he was immediately talked down off of his high horse by an employee. Lucky him.

So if you download the app you're supposed to get a $1 off gallon. The girl who is supposed to pump the gas says "Oh they aren't doing that here yet" then gets on her radio and the guy behind counter inside comes out. He also doesn't have any idea what's going. I literally tell him "well there is an advertisement on the wall over there saying I can get a dollar off for downloading the app which I have already done". The app also isn't clear on how I'm supposed to redeem this dollar off a gallon. Chevron is the master of vague terminology. There is a reason I don't typically get gas from here. What an EPIC fail.

Rude gas station attendants who look like they need some training in hygiene and grooming. Yelled at me while backing up even though I have a backup camera and can see exactly what’s going on behind me. Continued to harangue me about it after informing I have a backup camera.

Had an awful experience with a woman gas attendant at this location. The manager tried to make it right, but what the woman did is inexcusable... It will not be right unless the woman is fired! I seen that she was working when I went there today. I will not get gas here until I see that this disgruntled woman does not work here! She should not be working in a customer service job with her attitude! I suggest you visit one of the other Chevrons and let these people know this kind of thing will not be tolerated in our society!

Chevron is one of the few places that offer any denomonation of cash back between 0 and 20 dollars. I give it a 5 star review simply for that fact. And the people have always been nice to me. Can't complain really.

Happened awhile back but still valid...pulled in needing Premium (anything else voids the warranty) for my Lamborhini Gallardo. An angry attendant purposely put regular in and I immediately told him to stop, then he (late teens early 20's) became even more aggravated and then I said I needed to have a mechanic come and empty the tank and clean it (or whatever) he became near violent so I just paid got in and took off. When the beast when in for service (about 2 weeks later) I was notified that my warranty had been voided due to the evidence of low quality gasoline but at least my insurance covered it.

Expensive gas.... but went there at 11pm, they were the only gas station open in the area.
