I’m an out-of-state student at the UO, and I needed a diagnostic on my Honda Pilot and some work done. I met with Matt, and he was amazing. Not only was he funny and knowledgeable, but he was also incredibly trustworthy. He kept in constant contact with me throughout the process, updating me on where they were with diagnosing and fixing the issues I was having.
He gave me realistic recommendations and truly made me feel valued. Matt explained the problems clearly and helped me understand what needed immediate attention and what could wait. He went above and beyond to help a new customer, and I will definitely be returning!

City View Imports has been working on our cars for YEARS. They are extremely knowledgeable and if they don't know something, willingly admit to that. They do amazing work, super honest, priced well and are all fabulous guys! We love them and you will too.

Good guys! They are my go to mechanics in town. I’ve had a poor experience with others in Eugene, but Cityview is honest and fairly priced. The dudes in the shop are always kind, patient, and knowledgeable.

These guys are most highly recommended! City View Imports represents a rare combination of skill, integrity, and fair prices for quality labor and quality parts. I always liked the old Car Talk philosophy of maintaining aging vehicles indefinitely, and Erik and Matt are helping me fulfill that philosophy regarding two imports (Honda and Toyota) in the 30 year old range. Eugene is lucky to have these guys and their operation!

My family and I are recent transplants here and we were lucky enough to have found Cityview. They handle all of our individual car needs where dealerships cannot be located for many miles and they are very honest and reasonably priced. All the guys are so very nice and helpful. Each customer gets their undivided attention when addressing issues. Top notch!!!

These guys have been AMAZING!!! I’m new here and my car is older and not very common. They have been such a godsend to me. They charge hourly, but they always assess the issue quickly and (knock on wood) it’s been small issues. Even when they are SUPER busy, they squeeze me in in my panic and I leave smiling with a happy, safe car. Service: General repairs & maintenance
