The people in locations are friendly enough. But try to get actual customer support over the phone or in chat and you get some really unpleasant and unhelpful people...As I do business online, I will be reconsidering my business here, hopefully in favor of a place that is a bit more apt to not speak down to me condescendingly...Really over this behavior and attitude.
