Hours: “Community Outreach through Radical Empowerment (CORE) is dedicated to supporting, empowering and advocating for young people in Lane County surviving the effects of poverty, homelessness or other adversities.“ Our programs focus on youth and young adults who are at-risk and or homeless between the ages of 16-29. CORE runs three programs and a Project; Zephyr House, Street Outreach Alliance Program (SOAP), a service navigation (case management) and Harm Reduction Distribution (HRD) services.
