A huge shout out to Shaihana who recently helped me with an issue. She holds the value that she is a representative of Cosmoprof and therefore treats her job as if she owned the company. She even helped me on her own time to gather pertinent information to present to the district manager so the manager would have less research in order get all the facts.In this day and age it is rare to find an employee in a retail setting with this much pride in her job! Kudos!

if I could give no stars.. I would. The store manager here has made shopping at this location unbearable, she is rude, un-kind, and doesn’t know her product. If Shay isn’t working, I won’t shop here.. she is the only saving grace of this place.

The CosmoProf stores are usually well stocked and I can go in a get what I need without needed to order it and wait. However, the staff at this location are consistently below average with customer service so dropping two stars for lack of friendliness and what I perceive as a general snootiness like it's a major inconvenience to answer my questions.

This location keeps changing their hours without being updated on here. They have also been randomly closed a handful of times when i make a trip into town for supplies. It's been a waste of gas now too many times. Recommend finding a more reliable cosmo prof, not this location

It's not stocked as hood ad it use to be. But the staff is always very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.

I have to say this is one of my favorite places to go simply because Kenzie and the staff are just phenomenal super friendly and very knowledgeable people. Best crew that has been in there as far as I'm concerned in the last 25 plus years of being a stylist great job guys :-) if only David would come back! Haha

SO HELPFUL and I'm not being facetious. I'm helping my companion detangle again and NEEDED supplies. (Sensing my desperation yet lol) I stopped in to see if they do some public sales. HQ will be glad to know they don't violate policy. But they did very nicely direct me to Sally's. Thanks?
