I booked this room through Expedia which provided a rate of $637 plus tax for two nights. Exorbitant but it was the PreClassic weekend. With State (1.5%) and local (4.5%) transient lodging tax (TLT), I should have been billed $675.22. Instead, the clerk charged my credit card $780.56. I immediately disputed the charge and he informed me I would need to take it up with the manager. Called the manager the following Tuesday to request a credit/refund of $105 and she directed me to Expedia. Called Expedia and they directed me to the Courtesy Inn manager. Manager said there was nothing she could do. So, I've now disputed the charge with my credit card company. I will never again use Expedia to book an accommodation and recommend anybody reading this do the same. As to the Courtesy Inn, stay away. They evidently will not honor the rates published by third party websites.

The room was impressively clean, spacious, and the A/C worked well. They provide Dove bath products, which I personally liked since it’s what I use at home. Breakfast includes pre-packaged pastries, granola bars, and BelVita cookies—similar to what you’d find at a convenience store. Free coffee is available. No USB ports in the room, only standard electrical outlets. Overall, a good value for the price.

I checked out on the morning of July 8th, and my experience was very disappointing. The front desk staff was rude and unhelpful, which made the stay unpleasant from the beginning. The room had a strong, unpleasant odor that did not go away. Worst of all, I was charged for an extra night even though I checked out on time. I do not recommend staying here.

They advertise a continental breakfast included but if you travel much you know what that means they provide. At the front desk they offered juice and granola bars. When my husband asked about even a carton of milk the man told him they can't offer that due to the health dept applications they would need. I'd rather they just say they offer NO breakfast. We then would have already gone to the store to get breakfast food, milk, fruit.

Mechelle is the greatest of all time. give her a raise and never let her go never felt as welcomed or taken care of even at 5 star places , friendliness that genuine is impossible to fake.
