After striking out at several craft chains, I was looking at yarn online, but I couldn't touch it. Walked into Cozy to find all the yarn I had looked at online and so much more. The prices are really reasonable, especially since you don't need to pay for shipping. Staff is knowledgeable and they have everything you need for amigurumi!!!
I had planned to buy a few things, but walked out with yarn for 3 critters and a blanket.

They came to me and offered help right away. To my joy, they had the finer weights of cotton yarns I had not been able to find at the big-name stores. They even had a collection of small quantities of various colors for making critters, flowers, etc. Very reasonable prices.The staff was knowledgeable and explained yarn and crochet facts that I was confused about

I am a self taught knitter/crocheter since the pandemic, and I was today years old when I found out this store existed!?! I thought all we had were Joann and Micheals and Hobby Lobby. Don't get me wrong, those stores definitely serve a purpose, but nothing beats a Local Yarn Store, amirite?? Cozy is a beautiful store. It felt warm, inviting and my literal dream come true. I could only spend a little bit but I cannot wait to go back with more funds. The service was excellent - they wound my hank for free and gave me information on local yarn gatherings. I am so excited to go back.

Beautiful store, wonderful employees. They have space your yarn friends can rent plus other days/times to sit & knit.

I just got out of the hospital and into a women's care facility. My doctor recommended knitting and it has been my saving grace. Got to keep those hands busy! I had a very low budget and was kind of upset. I have never had such compassion and empathy in customer service. The sales woman helped me find something I could afford and was so incredibly kind.This is a special place. Highly recommend. Beautiful selection with beautiful people.

Might be one of the last LYS in Eugene. The vibe is young and fun lots of new crochets and knitters as well as old timers. They have a large table for Community knitting I buy as much here as I can to support the local business before turning to online.

Very friendy and very helpful. I stopped in, from out of town and they enthusiastically helped me figure out what I was doing wrong with my project, and what to do different. No charge, so I bought some things to help support them. This is a lovely little shop with so many helpful tools, interesting patterns and wonderful yarns. I plan to return every time I visit the area.

Not a huge selection of brands of yarns or needles but a lovely store. I returned for a second visit and my eyes were opened to another great view and it is a great yarn store with an amazing selection of yarns and books. I don't know what I was thinking about the first time I made a visit but I just didn't have my eyes open.
