To pay my phone bill and it seems I always have to wait for what seems like quite a while to be helped the in-store prices for phone protection Chargers Etc is very high I've been a loyal Cricket customer for almost 18 years and being so has never gained me any perks the last time I went and tried to pay my bill as usual there were quite a few people in there so I sat in my car right in front of their store where I could see in and they could see me and when the last customer walked out I walked in the open sign was still on and it was 7 minutes until close and they told me sorry we're closed this was the last day I could pay my bill therefore it was shut off that evening and I had to pay reconnect fees not impressed

I’ve been a Verizon customer for many years and went into cricket to possibly look at changing wireless providers. And I was exceptionally happy with the customer support I received from Isaac and Bethany. They answered all my questions and provided me as well with beneficial information on your service.
