Don't take any recommendations for cabinet builders from these guys. They will scam you out of your money, and you won't get anything product in return. They're in bed with them or so ignorant they don't care. Either way you're are screwed.

Great 1st time buyer experience here! Came in for quartersawn white oak, they did kinda have a limited selection at the time, but they had enough for my project, very helpful customer service, and they cut it down to fit in my car, thanks guys! Will definitely be returning for future needs/ projects.

I drive an hour away to this store because of the excellent customer service. This is exactly how a business should be run. John is always in a great mood, friendly, and willing to help or answer any questions that a new woodworker like myself would ask. As a new woodworker I'd definitely recommend going here.

Updated: 12/28/2021Wow what a marked change from when I made my first review.Went in today and the first thing I noticed was there was no masking requirement posted on their door. Went inside and was greeted by front counter staff both without mask on!!!! After I entered they both pulled up their mask. Very bazaar behavior to watch. Keep in mind other customers were in the building just not directly at their counter. Then they demanded a customer who came in without a mask to put one on, can someone say hypocrisy?I asked the counter person about a material that I have been purchasing for over a year from them and today. Their price went from under $20 a unit to over $60 a unit. Their rational for the price increase was supply and demand based on cargo sitting off shore. While I don't know if this is true or there is some sort of price gouging happening again this is not for me. Checked with competitors and their price was $20 a unit lower. That equates to 33% higher price by Crosscut who is part of a much larger cooperation and has greater buying power which should result in lower prices. I guess just not passed on to their customers.They were still friendly but I can't recommend them any longer. Their disingenuous approach to the masking requirement of Oregon, no masking notice on their door again a requirement of Oregon, and then their product price spike leaves me to a point where I am not willing to return.Either follow the states requirements or don't! If it is wood they've got you on top quality slabs or plywood with every type of veneer you want to match your wood project from imported to local hardwoods . Great service easy to shop the inventory in this easy to get to location.

The selection and variety of lumber exceeded my expectations and the price per board foot was much better than I could find anywhere else. The availability of surfaced lumber is also extremely handy for anyone getting into woodworking or someone without the space for the necessary milling equipment. The guys there were extremely helpful in selecting a type of wood for my project and it was helpful talking to people who were experienced woodworkers themselves.

Purchased butcher block countertops. Prices were better than at the big box stores and customer service here was incredible. Mike helped me place my order, schedule delivery and point me in the direction of local companies who could install them for me. Overall was an amazing experience and was super happy with the product
