Good staff, but they are perpetually understaffed. Their only app is horrific and is required for basic features. Twice I've gone during normal hours to find them closed because they lacked sufficient staff to open. Corporate is terrible to work with and does not seem to care about issues. I Only use this pharmacy because my RX insurance requires it (Also CVS).

I have been using the CVS pharmacy for years. It does not seem as busy as other pharmacies. I have experienced only pleasant interactions with staff over the years.

This pharmacy never ever picks up the phone you’re on hold for at least a half hour and still no one answers. To go into the store, you wait another half hour at least in the extremely long line. I understand that they’re busy, but then CVS needs to hire some more people because you can never get help here. And because they’re understaffed and stressed they’re usually unhelpful and grumpy.

The pharmacy seems understaffed and the workers are stressed. You can see it in their faces. There was a horrendously long line when I showed up that only got longer.I think this led to a billing mistake (double billed) I had to pay cash since the tech or pharmacist made an error and then I had to go through CVS corporate to get refund. Took a lot of calling and effort but got it done.

Lovely people but the pharmacy is short staffed, backlogged, ridiculously long lines and CVS refuses to acknowledge or take responsibility. It is shameful that the military has chosen CVS as their provider.

I love the reliability this store brings to curbside pickup. They always have great substituted products and the new curbside is very convienant! I use CVS in the store and it's lot less busy than the actual pharmacy.

The hours are limited. Not helpful. They are closed on the weekends! Frustrating!
