The pharmacy seems understaffed and the workers are stressed. You can see it in their faces. There was a horrendously long line when I showed up that only got longer.I think this led to a billing mistake (double billed) I had to pay cash since the tech or pharmacist made an error and then I had to go through CVS corporate to get refund. Took a lot of calling and effort but got it done.

Lovely people but the pharmacy is short staffed, backlogged, ridiculously long lines and CVS refuses to acknowledge or take responsibility. It is shameful that the military has chosen CVS as their provider.

I love the reliability this store brings to curbside pickup. They always have great substituted products and the new curbside is very convienant! I use CVS in the store and it's lot less busy than the actual pharmacy.

Never have the meds ready when you are texted saying they are. Constantly making up their own hours. It says 7 online but they close at 5. False advertisement much. The ignore you and the line and keep their heads down. Get better help.

Surprised at how rude and unprofessional they are there. Do not recommend, you want people who care to be handling your medications - the consequences are life altering for you and minimal to non-existent for them if they mess up.

Greedy Cvs ceo's refuse to properly pay a living wage to pharmacy staff resulting in long lines and less service. Apparently now they aren't vaccines indefinitely because of short staffing. Greed on full display. Last time I have a prescription filled there.

Wish I could give a lower rating. Booked a vaccine appointment (several weeks ahead of time), and got all of the confirmations including one the day before my appointment. I show up at my allotted time only to be told they have cancelled all of the appointments and are not rescheduling. No notification.

I was greeted warmly and with a courteous manner, Caleb was sure to accurately check my order and fill me in on the information I needed all while making the visit was quick and fun.

The staff is very friendly but not enough of them need to hire more people. There is an employee who is extremely helpful his name is Jack and he always greeted me by calling my name.

I used to be a fan of the Target pharmacy at this location. Unfortunately, it’s gone downhill ever since CVS took it over. The hours of operation have gotten shorter, the lines have gotten much longer lately, and the pharmacy is closed every day 1:30-2:00. The website and text messaging is works well, and the staff are great; there’s just not enough of them. After too many frustratingly long waits, I’ve finally moved my scrips across the street to Walmart.

Extremely hostile and abusive staff, reduced my wife to tears for asking questions. I will be contacting my insurance company and corporate insurance representative. I have worked in healthcare for 15 years and have never been treated so poorly. I was also illegally advised to discontinue my medication because "obviously my doctor doesn't want me to have my medication." This advice was dangerous and as a lab manager myself it was also illegal.
