Drive thru has been closed every time I have tried to come by in the early morning. The drive thru is very convenient as I am disabled, so please have the drive thru open during posted business hours! Thank you.

Cold biscuits, gravy was off, sausage tasted like dirty freezer. By far the worst dari mart for hot food.

I have been visiting Dari Mart stores since my childhood for sodas, snacks, lunches and just about anything I need to grab fast.
This Dari Mart is down the street from where I work, and I’m happy it is. Multiple employees at my job also visit this location and have great experiences here.
I mainly use the drive through to grab a soda for myself and at least one other coworker on almost a daily basis. Every time I drive up to the window, I’m greeted with a smile and asked how I’m doing. It’s not one of those fake “how are you doing” and if it is, they are great at faking it! My sodas are always filled to the top and correct, which rarely happens at other similar businesses.
I have great experiences with everybody at this location, but I have to give a special shout out to Kentucky and Willow. They are two of the most friendly, helpful and fun people who seem to truly enjoy their jobs. If you ever pull up and see them, make sure and ask them how their day is going, and thank them for being awesome!

Messy and unorganized. 4 staff members present and pretty poor customer service. More options because of its size, but I would recommend any other location in town.

I like the fact that they have a drive through window. I would say about 75% of the staff is helpful. Only about 10%, if that, are exceptional. Had one cashier tell me to "just come in" if I had questions. That is impossible as my scooter would never fit into the store and there is NO WAY I could go down any isles.

Their coffe used to be decent for the price. Now every time I get coffee here, it tastes like hot water with very little coffee. McDonald’s coffee is espresso compared to dairy mart. Disappointed.

Was served cold biscuits and gravy .Then when i went back in side to tell them they severed me cold biscuits. They argued with me instead of A apologies or offered a refund or at least some hot biscuits for my hot gravy. She argued I was wrong and they were room temperature. ( reminder I was not mad at all) but was sad because you know NO HOT BISCUITS AND GRAVY!!! #NoSoupForYou

Went in at lunch to get 2 1 late of diet pepsi tag on the shelf in the cooler showed 2 for 4.00 and depositSo $4.20 I get the the register and it's now $4.70......I said it shows 2 for 4 on the stickerWell it's ringing up 2 for 4.50I said so fix itShe looked puzzled like I'm asking her to solve world hungerHad to gonin back for over a minute to get permission to fix the errorTerrible experience will go further to another store from now on

If you state your open at 5, then be open at 5. Don't walk in at 5:30 and be all grumble at your customers. Rude!!If you got time to lean, you got time to clean.

I wouldn’t recommend the location off of Mohawk in Springfield. My bf ran in this evening and was waiting among a small crowd of people to grab the item he was after when an employee from across the store I. The back of the drive through starts yelling at him on the top of her lungs “TAKE YOUR HOOD OFF IN THE STORE!!!” She shouted this three times and literally the ENTIRE store turned looking at him. First of all…HOW EMBARRASSING!!! Second…it’s absolutely no problem to ask someone to pull their hood down as I’m sure it’s for safety. But it could have been done in a much nicer more professional manner. Needless to say we will not be going to that Dari Mart anymore.

OLCC says Tribal ID is a valid form of ID. Yet your stores still don’t accept it. It’s issued by the federal government. We can use it in place of a birth certificate at the DMV. Works for dispensaries, and they have the same OLCC regulations in regards to acceptable ID. So why do you discriminate?!
