Went to get some running shoes for my narrow son. They have a great selection, worked with Joey, he was great, found the best pair ever. Definitely ask for help. Joey can narrow down the choices quickly. Definitely will go back for more shoes.

Customer service was perfect. Didn't feel like I was being followed around by employees. When service was needed, someone came within a minute. Had all the gear we needed for baseball.

Good experience shopping at this location so far. You can find most of the sporting goods around here. They do sell all sorts of YETI products, as well as other name brands.

Tried using a coupon here on a pair of Hokas and being a former retail associate I know how managers especially can over ride coupons. So when my coupon didn't work the manager Karen (typical) didn't want to make sure they had a returning customer. Being someone that has shopped here several times. I will not be returning ever again

Went Friday before a hike of Smith Rock the following day for a wide brimmed hiking hat and the night manager and another employee worked super hard to find one to fit my oversized head. They were really helpful and great, genuine lifesavers 100% would have died without the hat!

I love this store! I just wanted to share my experience with shipping. I ordered a pair of Jordan's online on Tuesday (3/27) and they were delivered to me on Wednesday (2/28). I was so impressed with the quick shipping. However, I ordered a size to big. So I headed to the store the same day to exchange them and have the correct size shipped to me. Much to my surprise, they were delivered today (3/29). I needed them quickly so I am so grateful for the quick delivery. Plus the gentleman in the store was so helpful and kind. I've always had a lovely experience at this store, but that really sealed the deal for me. 10/10!
