Excellent customer service. I had some old slides digitized and printed. Some of the slides were degraded and reddish in color, but they were able to color correct and print them clearly, just a bit darker than original. Will use them again when I need this service. ?

Dot Dotsons is the best. They treat us like family. We have been going there for a couple of decades at least! My kids joke about growing up in their parking lot (their dad being a photographer). Very reputable and excellent service. Highly recommend!

Very helpful and friendly! I’m brand new to film photography and they were happy to help educate me on cameras and films and you can tell they genuinely love what they do and are to happy to help answer any questions. They got my film developed and scanned in a few days and the pictures turned out great! I will be taking all of my film business here

I've been going to Dot's for a number of years, and even after moving away - and having other labs that are much closer - I find their quality of service makes driving back more worth the time and gas money. From helping me convert some of my grandparents weddings photos from slides to digital prints, to developing my own film, printing wall art, to having various needed photography gear and accessories in stock, they offer a pretty comprehensive list of services if you're engaged in film photography. Their turn around time for film development is exceptionally quick, and many of the other labs I've tried have shared that they send much of the film their customers bring in to Dot's for development. Why wait for twice the time instead of just taking it to the source? Cody offers so much knowledge and assistance when it comes to camera repair and operation. He even helped me find a particular camera I'd been searching for after multiple failed attempts on my own. Tom is a blast to talk to and has great insights into different film stocks. The rest of the staff throughout the years has been equally friendly and helpful, and I so often leave with a smile on my face because it's just a great customer experience. Cannot recommend them highly enough!
